A cute ice cream shop with excellent service. If you are looking for “real deal” ice cream in Camden, look no further. Situated just off one of the main shopping streets is a place too good to pass up. When asked if the ice cream was good by our server, I hesitated in saying “unfortunately your ice cream is so good that we will be back often” as to not come across briefly rude, ha. But in all seriousness, they have two tables outside the shop and a few tables inside as well. The position size was just eighth.

We stumbled upon Reenie's Ice Cream Bar just off of the main shopping street in Primrose Hill and decided to step inside. The interior is stunning and whimsical - it feels like stepping into a Wes Anderson movie set. We were greeted by Matt, who owns the shop, and had a great conversation with him. He was super friendly and we really enjoyed interacting with him. As we were leaving, he warned us that his ice cream might ruin other ice cream for us. I have a feeling he was correct - I'm craving Reenie's already. My boyfriend got the movie night and I had the mint chocolate chip - I honestly could not tell which one was better. Both had rich, decadent flavour but without being too heavy or cloying. We joked that this felt like something out of a children's book - the whole experience was just so thoroughly enchanting. We can't wait to come back!

Hot chocolate float was to die for! The staff were so friendly and our brief (masked) warm-up by the fire was much needed after a snowy Sunday walk! Can't wait to come back again as soon as possible, such a lovely business to have round the corner :)
