This is a good dessert place but I would not recommend eating in here. The eat in area is quite small and not clean. I’ve eaten in twice and there is always a wasp around, once I got stung. The dessert however is good, we got the snowflake waffle and lotus cookie dough which were light and not overly sweet.

Tried their kinder and pistachio Gelato. Size was a tad on the small size, but flavour was great. Kinder was not too sweet, with the fresh milk coming through. The nut pieces in the pistachio still had crunch.

Had a great time with my family and a friend family after a day out at the Science Museum. Staff were so kind and attentive to all our needs and the desserts were spot on. I failed as I only took one pic as everyone chowed into theirs as soon as they were served! Kids loved the place. Will be back again for sure. Many thanks.

Great ice cream place with delicious flavours. We really like the ice cream cookies they do. They seating upstairs, just couple of tables. We gave 4 stars because some of the ice creams are bit expensive. Otherwise for a nice delicious treat, we would definitely recommend this place when you are around the station.

Me and my friend Jill have been here multiple nights in a row! We have tried different flavors every night and have loved them all! The service has been AMAZING! Marta and Vanessa are the sweetest people we have ever met and we will be back every night until we leave! They are so lovely and friendly every time we walk in the door! The 5 stars come mainly from the service was great two friendly gilts working being the till and offered me a sample to try. Felt welcomed and the place is very warm which is a nice touch. Overall the place looked clean and tidy and the girls seemed to be having fun which made me feel more relaxed. I just think the price is to much for what is ment to be luxury. I think the brand is good but the product is lacking, needs to be more rich in flavour not sugar. I would still recommend this as a nice place for a quick dessert.

I was looking for something refreshing so I decided to stop by at Snowflake for some mango and raspberry sorbetto which was recommended to me by the two very lovely ladies Vanessa and Zain who were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming towards me 🥰 I will definitely make it a priority to come back in the nearest future for some more gelato! 😋

First time experience at this place: Great taste (I had the popcorn flavour), but extremely wet texture and almost fell off my cone. Had to scoff it down in almost 1 minute flat which ruined the experience. I've never known Gelato to be this wet.. perhaps it was the hot weather..or maybe it needed more time to set.

Expected better for the price. Purchased an ice cream sandwich and a couple of scoops from here at the weekend and while it was fairly good I did expect more for the price. I had the salted caramel ice cream sandwich which was good but I felt didn’t have the depth of flavour I would expect for £4.20. My partner had a scoop of lotus biscuit and a scoop of Nutella ice cream, we both thought the lotus was slightly bland and again at £4.80 for 2 scoops slightly disappointing compared to other gelatos we’ve had. Some very good options available and maybe we just had bad luck with our choices? Not bad but not great either.

A very friendly welcoming place. All personnel were very well trained, accommodating and helpful (all done with a smile). Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail was given. Food was delicious and many flavours to choose from (I had the vegan dark chocolate and it was simply amazing). I visited Snowflake as they told me they serve the best ice cream in South Kensington, praline ice cream was delicious as well as praline biscuit, I also kindly asked to try the rocher chocolate but since they don't do tasters due to covid - 19, the young boy suggested me to take a single scoop. All in all I am very pleased with the flavors as well as the costumer service. I definitely recommend the place. Once again thank you Tomas.

Snowflake’s dark chocolate sorbetto really hit the mark. Rich and creamy with nice flakes of chocolate dispersed throughout. Despite a long queue, the staff moved customers efficiently. A bit cramped by the counter, but did notice seating was available upstairs on a first come, first serve basis.

Genuine flavours! +++ I tried the dark chocolate and the pistachio and must say the flavours felt genuinely real. Seemed as it was only containing dark chocolate/pistachio, milk and sugar! - The welcoming wasn't good. There were no smile, no enthusiasm nor satisfaction that there actually were customers there wanting to try their ice-cream. - The price was also higher than usual but if their ice-cream really don't use artificial colourings, essence or preservatives (I totally forgot to ask them!) the the price would definetly be worth it!

Mediocre at best. Staff was not happy that was obvious. There was absolutely no customer service. I was shocked by this considering the prices and portions. We had two small cups that cost us almost £10. Almost walked out before we made our selection to search for another place. Wish we would have. Really a disappointment. Save your vacation dessert calories for somewhere like milk train or bubble waffle or if you don’t want to head across town even the V&A has outstanding sweets.
