Great place! Desserts are all nice! Been here a few times and it’s always been top! Service is good and desserts are made quick! Big selection of cakes available. Staff are friendly and polite. There’s loads of dessert shops opened and opening but these guys are smashing it 👍🏽

Wooooow just WOW!!!! We fancied a nice treat this evening and found these amazing guys via Uber eats. The food arrived packaged immaculately and the waffles still warm yet the icecream and milkshake still nice and cold.... everything is just so DELICIOUS & I cannot wait to take my friends here and dine in! Nostalgia filled chocolate cake with custard is everything you can want on a cold & wet winter’s day. So tasty, custard is on point and the chocolate cake so fluffy and delicious. Staff are wonderful and service is quick, even when they get busy with all their takeaway orders. My go to place for desserts now. We also had churros and the cheesecake - all banging!

My mate was like come try this school dessert cake shop. I was like "yeah alright i'll have a spoon or two". Man this cake was delicious! I had custard! I never liked custard at secondary or primary school. This was delicious! You HAVE to try it! Will come here again.

I have visited this shop with family and friends. And we found a nice warm welcome from the staff. They have large range of sweet and treat. However we cannot compare this shop with Italian sweet or French patisserie it is different kind. We order and the service was fast, everything was super delicious about out order all of up we enjoyed our treat. The only cons is the price, in my opinion it's a bit expensive, they should review the price.

Excellent customer service. Ordered for collection. Staff forgot to pack the chocolate sauce for 2 of the orders. We called the restaurant and informed them we weren't able to pick up the sauce. Staff took down our address and brought the sauces along with extra cake despite not having their own delivery drivers. We really appreciate it. Honestly the best customer service experience we have had. Thank you soo much! We really enjoyed our meal!

Best desserts ever! Cakes are nice and big portions and taste really fresh too even when ordering late at night. My wife loves the cookie dough. Also had a crepe which was cooked perfectly. So much better than their overrated competitor which has branches all over but makes you feel sickly after eating there! Service is also amazing. My custard was missing in last order but without a fuss they quickly drove to my house to give it and apologised profusely. Mistakes happen but service like this makes up for it. 5 stars!!

This place is absolutely amazing, they serve the best pink tea I’ve ever had in my life. Their Karak and cinnamon tea was also a big hit with the family. Their milkshakes are so on point, not too thick, but not watery either - just perfect! We also indulged in their delicious crepes, waffles and cookie doughs (all served with soft serve ice cream), along with the most delicious school cakes you’ve ever had or dreamt of, accompanied by a generous portion of silky custard. The prices are very reasonable and believe me you get a lot for your money, such great value! You could tell that all the food was fresh and the service was unbeatable. This a family run business and you can really tell that they put their all in to ensure their customers are taken care of! It’s well worth a visit and you’ll surely be going back again and again.. and again.

Ultimately the best treat shop in London! 🥰😍 Me and my family have been going since shortly after they opened and every single time superb experience. Last week ordered via Uber and unfortunately the delivery driver didn’t show up and I took the time to contact St James treat as it’s not fair on any business to lose out for third party. I got a call from Ubereat and a priority redelivery! Anyone who knows Uber eats knows that they are hard work when an issue happens however to say the restaurant done all that to ensure I got my order is heartwarming. These guys honestly do have good old customer service and even when you go to the shop always friendly always clean!! And a massive great thing when they are busy they tell you so your not waiting for ages which helps massively. The pricing is great for cakes and the shakes are absolute amazing! The waffles and crepes are cooked better than other dessert places much softer and taste very nice. Portion sizes also generous. Generally can’t fault them on anything. If anyone hasn’t been and wondered what they are like honestly THE BEST IN LONDON!!

Found this little gem on our way home from dinner. The kids enjoyed their ice creams and we enjoyed our waffle. It was a cute little shop with beautiful decor. The sweet delights are in line with everything that's popular on Instagram currently. Ie milk cakes, school cakes.. they looked delish! Some decaf tea would have been nice but overall lovely desserts!

Super friendly service, made my day! They had a couple of vegan sponge cakes too, v tasty. The place has been done up well, St James is on the up. Glad they kept the historic painted signage on the brickwork outside!

I came here first time I really liked the customer service the man at the till were very friendly I had a problem with my waffle and he sorted it out immediately.
