Best hot chocolate I have ever tasted. Thick, smooth, chocolatey with cream on top. Not much space in the shopz they also have a variety of chocolates and ice creams. I do also enjoy the Bueno chocolate bar and the diabetic low sugar bars. Drank it whilst walking around covent garden. Great experience.

I stopped at Venchi whilst strolling around Covent Garden for a recharging break. Staff was very polite and service quick. I ordered a vanilla & strawberry 🍓 cone and it was stunning! Soooo creamy and tasty. The wafer was crunchy and super fresh. A wonderful experience! Thank you, I'll be back!

The most delicious icecream, I have had in awhile. Expensive yesss- 4.50£ for a scoop but worth it? Hell yes!!! It is that sinful indulgence that you ought to treat yourself. I would categorise this as self-care. I tried a mix of chocolate and caramel flavour with a dark chocolate on top! Savoured every bite! So when next on Covent hop in. They also have a variety of chocolates to pick from.

Did I mention that I love chocolate? Well, these guys are masters of chocolate. Needless to say but their chocolate bars are wonderful, the gianduja is addictive and the ice-cream is divine, but the life changing product for me was their chocolate-hazelnut spreads. Oh. My. God. I will never buy any other cheap brand again (you know of which one I speak) and this has become a staple in my cupboard now. When you see it, don't bother picking a small jar, go for the big one because there is no way you won't fall instantly in love with this the moment you try it.

Best sorbet ever. By a MILE. I got the regular with raspberry, lemon and mango and it was INSANELY good. There can be long lines sometimes but they are totally justified, trust me. Plus the location is so pretty! Can't recommend enough!

Our first introduction to Venchi. We had a shake and crepes on our first visit. Only to go back the next day for crepes. We also brought some chocolates. They were gorgeous. Very expensive, but feels of genuine high quality with some unique flavours. I would highly recommend this store and products in general we are a convert to Venchi now. (Only issue we had on one visit was large gathering of 'tourists' just hanging around and in the shop which is quite small. Couldn't get to see the products with there large cases and just idling there - hopefully a one off).

The vanilla was quite good but unfortunately the pistachio one was lacking on flavour. I was looking for a more toast nutty flavour. I was also not impressed with the very small selection of available flavours.

Came here specifically on my London trip as my italy trip was cancelled this year. I never have anything bad to say about Venchi as a whole as i love their chocolate and food items and shop there as I miss Italy. The man who served me was absolutely lovely and knew his stuff. Wish they branched out over the rest of England would urge anyone to try Venchi

Ideal for: All Ice Cream lovers. Key Info: They made their chocolate in-house, which is fantastic and delicious! Pros: - Plenty of flavours to try. - Venezuelan chocolate available. - You must try their chocolate top. Cons: - Too small and packed, not ideal for covid.
