Fantastic doughnuts, kids loved the Christmas themed one, snowman was tasty. Good offers if you buy lots, probably end up looking like a snowman. Good coffee and a comfy place to much and catch up with friends. Kids loved watching the doughnuts being made and rolling off the production line.

Here you find plenty of the usual range, the only difference is the freshness as they are also made on site. There are plenty of windows to see them being made and once I store you are standing pretty much next to the machines. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

One of the better Krispy Kreme outlets I've encountered! The coolest thing about this one is the 'Doughnut Theatre', where you can watch donuts being created on a conveyor belt, so that's cool. The service is great and even when it's busy, you're not waiting too long for your coffee and donuts. The only problem is the lack of parking outside. If it's full, you might have to park at the Asda or the Costco across the street and walk across. Other than that - it's pretty much perfect.

Brought the kids as a treat after being out all day playing minigolf just round the corner. Kids absolutely loved it because you get to watch how the donuts are made. Lots and lots of choice and to be honest, the prices are quite reasonable. Not the cheapest obviously but the quality and taste of the donuts make up for the price. Car park not too big though, so if its busy you may struggle to park. Staff were very friendly aswell 👍

Passed by to get donuts for our road trip. Everything was good and has a display section for kids to watch. The only downside is, when you make your donuts fresh in the same location, why don't you give the option to customer to have freshly made donuts? We were there in the morning and were told that it is only offered at night!

There are unfortunately no gluten free food items here, so would advise you have something to eat beforehand or its a form of torture. There are only tea, coffee or juices for coeliacs. Ample parking area, male and female public toilets. Accepts contactless payments.

Went through the drive thru today and was met by a friendly voice. They were absolutely lovely and once we reached the window, it was a boy with dark curly hair and I think glasses maybe. Around 4pm on Friday 24th. He was absolutely amazing and very kind although my mother being high maintenance. Definitely knows what customer service is he was so lovely!! He deserves some sort of incentive for making it a lovely drive thru experience.

We went to have Pumpkin Spice Latte, tea and donuts. We got 2 🍩 chocolate custard and Toffee Apple. Both 🍩 were delicious. The coffee was amazing too. Delicious freshly made doughnuts, loads of different flavours to pick from. Enjoy walking in and watch your doughnuts being made and also very friendly staff, they asked if we had any allergies so they could ensure we got the right doughnuts. The only improvement would be the cleanliness of the tables, we went to sit down on a few tables but they had crumbs, spilt drinks and a wasp was floating around the crumbs that was left. Always a pleasure coming here. The donut's are fresh and service is quick. Came here today 27/3 for a late Mother’s Day treat and was greeted by Qas - who offered us free donut's to try while we wait. Service was quick as always and Serena served us at the till and made our drinks. Both members of staff mentioned above where very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond in customer service. Would definitely recommend coming here. Keep up the fantastic customer service.

Very nice dohnought place.. Just like a dohnought factory.. You can see the dohnoughts getting made. They taste so sweet and tasty and nice and lovely. Different flavours. Great packaging!!!!.. The donuts and the drinks are overpriced, and the Donuts are not that amazing. They are good, but for the price I was expecting something less "plastic". We dropped our donut on the floor outside the car as he was passing them through, and he insisted on replacing it even though it hadn't touched the floor. Been visiting this Krispy Kreme for years! I use the drive thru, take out and dine in. There is free parking right outside too which is great. Recently refurbished it’s now much nicer inside with soft lighting and lovely booths! The staff are always welcoming and friendly! Andrew in particular made a special effort to make sure myself and all the customers were happy, even taking time to engage with the customers in conservation which makes for a much more personalised experience. The doughnuts are delicious and worth every penny! They even have a fab loyalty app for discount and freebies! But what stands out the most here are the staff, they are so helpful and polite. Andrew is exceptional and a credit to the company.

Love this place! You can go and watch the process of making a doughnut and then order a whole variety of flavours. Yes, they are more expensive than the average doughnut, but as so much better! Took a chance and went here instead of Starbucks, hadn't been for a few years. Have to say was really impressed by the good service from drive thru last night. The guy who gave us our order was kind, friendly and efficient. To be honest we come for the doughnuts more than the coffee, but the coffee was surprisingly so much more drinkable than Starbucks and the doughnut of course, fresh and tasty. If you want a quick hot drink and coffee, don't go to Starbucks and wait half an hour, just come here.

They really need a massive overhaul on the drivethrough facilities such as the intercom, lighting, menu screens and the payment windows. Audio quality is poor and I have to repeat the order on most of my visits. Tired and dated looking and not as inviting. I have occasionally been let down by my favourite being out of stock but these things happen, and you can't blame people for buying all of the best ones! The coffee isn't bad either. I only use the drive thru but have always received good customer service and they all seem to have a personality which I like to see!

Decided to pop into the shop after a visit to the Trafford centre, as it was a Wednesday and they do a blue light card offer for emergency services we thought great let's have a treat. We opted for the choose your own dozen which was on the offer and as we were getting an extra 3 for someone else the lady said it's only £8 for an extra dozen so we thought win win except upon paying it's not am extra £8 because we were charged the full £12.99 because of the blue light card. The day we visited, we were using the drive thru and the ordering station wasn't being used. We queued for in excess of 40 minutes (once you're in the queue, there's no way to get out) because people were ordering at the collection window. It also wasn't clear that they had reintroduced many menu items so that slowed the process even more than necessary. Shame because they'd previously done so well with all of the new-ways-of-doing things-because-of-covid19. It'd be great if you could pop an A board out just explaining that the ordering system isn't being used that day because we could've parked and popped in instead.

A unique place, you get to see the doughnuts being made on a factory line and they always come out tasting really nice, however, the place has some problems. First of all, the waiting times just for doughnuts and a coffee are huge, even at the drive-through. Secondly, parking is always awkward. Finally, sometimes you'll queue up for ages only to find that for whatever reason they can't make your coffee/milkshake/whatever.

Do you like donuts the assistant aked me upon arriving. Yes i replied. What flavours do you have, i asked, what flavours dont we have he replied. As Krispy Kremes, or doughnut shops in general in the UK, go, this is the best I've seen. It is not just a tiny concession but a large store with seating for several dozen inside. There is a large mechanical doughnut making machine which you can have a gawp at while in there, which is worth a look. It also has a drive-through service and loads of parking spaces. With this and its proximity to a massive Asda (aka Walmart) and a Starbucks you might forget what country you are in temporarily.
