My previous experience with family wasn't so good but then thanks to the CEO, Carmelo Gristina, who changed my mind and opinion about my last experience by giving another opportunity. I ordered mini pancakes with mango scoop and another with Rafaello scoop. They were simply awesome, freshly made and their taste lasted for hours, recommended by the CEO. Thanks for the hospitality and a different experience, definitely recommended; even though it is a bit expensive but then you are gonna have true Italian gelato and it's worth it.

Best gelato ever! Not only so rich in flavour but so smooth and creamy. Ive tried quite a few flavours and I genuinely love Giovannis gelato so much! Every time is so fresh and yummy 😋 its my little treat every time I come to the shopping centre 😊

I was absolutely overwhelmed by the friendliness, professionalism and courtesy of the team who work at Giovanni’s DG, we had the pleasure of working with them on there latest project of upgrading the kiosk to the standard they are renowned for, as well as being a customer, we would recommend that you get over to Giovanni’s Downtown Gelato to taste the incredible gelato they produce day in day out and yes I said, they produce, so it isn’t something you can buy from a supermarket, this gelato is the real deal and the real taste of what gelato should be like. Has been in Central Milton Keynes for years so must good. Salted caramel is lovely. An occasional treat as at over £3 a scoop it’s a special treat although I think my niece got a little extra from the lovely lady who served us. Thank you

We went here yesterday afternoon after a lovely meal and a walk around and a little bit of shopping too!! They don't have a massive selection of ice creams but we ate was really nice! We had a 4 scoop tub each at a total of £12.50,the ice cream was lovely but I don't understand what the extra charge is when you order certain flavours! They have sprinkles and all the works but at an extra cost of 50p each it can possibly be a very expensive ice cream!! However still great ice cream, price.....not so great!

The finest gelato we have tasted! The Milton Keynes staff are so helpful, allowing us to sample a variety of flavours before deciding which we wanted. We went for Sicilian Pistachio, Amarena and Biscotto. Each of them where amazing, so smooth in texture and perfectly balanced in flavour. We then tried the Sicilian cannoli…what can I say, exquisite! The ricotta was so fresh, definitely the best I have tasted. If you are looking for authentic artisan gelato then Giovanni’s is the place to go. They take pride in the products they create, I highly recommend this family run business.

It wasn’t easy doing long distance business during the pandemic when almost everything was shut down but despite that Carmelo couldn’t do enough to help and is still always on hand for advice. I first tasted Giovanni’s Gelato in the city centre Milton Keynes, I was so very impressed with the flavours that I decided to stock Giovanni’s Gelato at my coffee shop - we have had amazing feedback! People cannot believe it’s a local business, they love the flavours, lots of variety .. as a company Giovanni’s are absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to, very helpful, we would recommend everyone to taste Giovanni’s Gelato! Fantastico Gelato! We started using Giovanni's this Summer at our Coffee shop No.25 Benson and have not looked back. Carmelo offers a total solution supplying the display cabinet as well as a huge range of exciting flavours and accessories backed up but a wealth of knowledge and a can do attitude.. Highly recomended.

Best gelato in the industry, we sell about 15 tubs every 2 weeks or sometimes every week at my donut franchise at Dum Dum Windsor. Favourite flavour of mine is blue bubblegum & mango sorbet. Great customer service provided by Carmello, often surprises how quickly he delivers them within 48hrs when it's supposed to be 4 days.

The ice cream is brilliant! Unfortunately the staff can be quite rude at times. I stopped here after leaving Build-A-bear Workshop with my 3 year old daughter. She got very excited when she saw Giovanni's as she really likes their ice cream. We stood in the area where you are supposed to queue and watched while they served two other people that walked up after us on the other sides of the booth. I managed to grab the attention of a female member of staff and asked for a scoop of a vanilla in a tub. She advised that she needed to get some more out of the storage area. Whilst doing this she somehow got side tracked and served two other customers. After the second customer I asked how long it was going to be for our order. She simply replied "Oh, I forgot about your order. What did you want?" No apology, I told her again what we would like and she completed our order. Very disappointing but unfortunately not the first time I've had poor service. Keep going back because the ice cream really is that good. From a point of price, it isn't the cheapest but is worth the money as a treat. Expect to pay between £5-£8 per ice cream depending on what you order/add etc.

Came in on Tuesday with my daughter and was welcomed by a fantastic server - Isabella. She was friendly and helped me decide which ice-cream to buy without being too pushy. The ice-cream was delicious and the server had a great knowledge on all the ice creams. She even explained how all the ice-creams were done by the owners!!!! Fantastic service, delicious ice-cream and even though it was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it. Recommend!!!!

Ice cream is always good but this place was definitely amazing. I was extremely impressed with the lady that served me. Not only did she apologise for the wait (although it wasn't that long) she was also very professional and polite. The price for the ice cream is not too expensive but maybe slightly pricey although absolutely worth it as the ice cream is delicious and very yummy. I ordered 2 scoops and it was plenty for my friend and I. And I am a big ice cream fan. So portion sizes are definitely generous and well worth paying a little bit extra for. It's a shame that the nearest parlour is in Milton Keynes shopping centre and therefore will be a little bit of a drive for me...but definitely will go again. Highly recommend this place for a takeaway yummy ice cream.

Great gelato, authentic and a very good variety of flavours. Caffe espresso is my favourite! The cheesecakes and semi-freddo are incredible. Highly recommend this dessert company, they are set above the rest in my opinion. You will not be disappointed.

Very expensive, super product. I had 2 scoops of Banana/Toffee ice - cream, and a cone with the top edge sprinkled with 100's & 1000's. It came to £5, I feel sorry for any family visiting this stall. This was almost a basic order, because 1 scoop will set you back £4.

Good ice cream, fair price but I didn't like the way the served us. If you have 5 people on the table dont bring 2 plates then hold the rest for 3 minutes. Especially when one came with 3 young children.
