Really good desserts and amazing vibe! The rose and lychee latte was so so good and it’s one of the prettiest drink I’ve ever seen! The croffle tastes exactly like i imagined, it was delightful 😊 The menu has a great selection of desserts and drinks, all of them looks wonderful, I can’t wait to try more. Great service, the staffs there were friendly and welcoming. The interior design of the place it’s very nice. Would definitely recommend this place to all dessert lovers, I had such a nice time there!

A slightly smaller branch than the usual Heavenly Desserts that I’m used to. I’ve been going to their restaurants across the county and definitely one of my favourite desserts places. Today I decided to try something new - croffle. It’s basically croissant dough baked into a waffle shape. I would say it’s not something that I would order again as it tastes more like a raw croissant dough with a rather strange texture but it won’t stop me from visiting again!

Definitely 5/5. Great atmosphere to have desserts with your friends, loved ones, parents! I ordered the tiramisu and it is the best one i have ever tried! I did not expect the unique taste of it. I cant explain in words how much i loved it. Worth the price as well! Luxury vibes while having desserts with affordable prices as well. I recommend you try their desserts when you are visiting Newcastle. Although it is always busy in the place, they always try to serve you and give you the best experience. I have been here few times now and I will probably come back this week. Special thanks to Michele for being friendly and quick service Before i forget, also try their lychee latte! I never go to this place without ordering it!

The desserts are so nice. I highly recommend to go there with your friends or your family, try cookie dough & kunafa and croffle about the drinks I recommend to try Spanish latteh and the mojitos.these are the photos of my order.

Such a lovely place! The desserts are on point especially the croffle. One of the best out there👍🏻 They accidentally made 2 plates of Crêpe instead of just 1 and the manager said it was on the house. Awsome service 5 stars

What a gem in the centre of Newcastle. Great atmosphere, deserts to die for, plenty of choice, and friendly staff (especially Michelle)...The drinks were good as well... Definitely a place to visit again and again and again. :)

Great little desert place with an extensive menu of decadent sweet treats! I had the Lotus Biscoff Croffle (croissant waffle) and an orange hot chocolate, which, is probably the most flavourful hot chocolate I've had in a long time. Top marks :)

I've been to so many dessert restaurants before but this is by far the best in terms of quality, taste and style. The place is very luxurious and we loved the ambience and decor of the restaurant. The menu has so many options with photos of each dessert so you know how it'll come which is handy. We got the raspberry and white chocolate croffle which was absolutely delicious, vanilla pistachio milk cake that was so creamy and rich and a very pretty looking rose, lychee iced latte. Customer service was top notch! We were served by John who was so friendly, attentive and professional he gave me a voucher to use for next time. Thanks for that, I'll definately be returning again to use my voucher :)

Amazing quant place with a plethora of options from the beautiful menu. I had the White chocolate cookie dough with a strawberry shake, one of my favourite combos, and Heavenly desserts confirmed that! Would definitely recommend, staff were lovely to make an excellent customer experience. I’ll be back to trial the rest!

First visit here and loved it. Michelle was great, greeted us on arrival, looked after us for ordering & answering questions. There is a lot to choose from on the menu & they all look delicious. We tried a few different dishes, cheesecake, waffles, milk cake etc & all were lovely. Gelato was tasty. Good quality ingredients. I would recommend a visit without hesitation

If you are ever in Newcastle I highly recommend coming here. My time here was absolutely amazing one off the staff member called anika was really nice and friendly she recommend me a lot of food that I would like and I loved them I really liked their mocktails it was fabulous. Their food was on a next level it was to die for. The shop was really clean and modern. I highly recommend this shop. WILL be BACK!

Such a nice cafe, service is really good. I’ve been here a couple of times and I’ve always had great service. Especially from the waitress sayema!! She’s really helpful and nice. Theres nothing better in a restaurant than sublime service. Overall, delicious sweets, and excellent hospitality!!

Visited this lovely place on Sunday. Chris was so friendly to us and did her best customer service. Unfortunately they were severely understaffed and I could tell they were quite stressed, this resulted in us not being given spoons to eat our dessert and then also the wrong bill. Great place and absolutely delicious desserts but please fix your staffing issue x

Premise was very clean and staff were very welcoming. Front of house staff ensured that they let us know what was available before ordering, avoiding any disappointment. Dessert was lovely. They brought our desserts out after waiting for 45 minutes which was a very long wait compared to other restaurants nearby.

Previously, I found the the service extremely slow here which put me off. However, me and my friend tried the place out again and the service was amazing thanks to Sid. He only recently started a few days ago and provided us with the perfect service, checking in on us regularly and making sure we had the correct cutlery to making sure we had everything we ordered. Amazing service from Sid and amazing desserts!

Was excited to come here with my family and it was exceeding expectations! This place is great! The food can’t be compared to any other places Iv tried in Newcastle. Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Anika, the girl who served me, made my experience very enjoyable. She instantly gave me a warm welcome and attended to all my needs. We need more people like her! I highly recommend.

The desserts here were delicious and definitely best in Newcastle, their restaurant is nice and spacious and the staff were so friendly we had a really nice evening. The best dessert place around! The atmosphere and decor was extremely cosy and cute, making you feel right at home. The menu also had such a great selection, so it suits everyones taste. The service was great and the presentation of the desserts was a showstopper, you can tell that the staff took detail and care into making the desserts. We were a party of 12 looking for a great time with the kids. The decor is spectacular, the menu is top class and the flavours were delightful. We have a wide range of items off the menu, sharing them across the table, to exchange the subtle, sweet and savoury. The fondue is an absolute winner with the kids. My experience at Heavenly Desserts so far has been nothing short of amazing! The manue is easily one of the best to be found in Newcastle, offering a brilliant range of selections & plenty to give one's treat for the day! I can safely say that desserts & hot drinks never disappoint. The atmosphere is frankly a first-class buffet for the senses in every which way there is! A word of high praise must go to the exceedingly attentive staff who never cease to serve with great care, namely Sid & the rest of his night shift colleagues

The gelatos here were so smooth and full of flavour. My favourite is strawberries and cream! I could definitely taste the difference between their gelatos compared to other local restaurants serving mediocre ice cream. Coming back for more :)

Service was on point, especially by Sayema. My 4 year old son really liked her. Quality of desserts also perfect, top quality! Portions are not too big and messey like what you get at other dessert places, they were the right size!

The desserts came on time with no issues, however we tried the chocolate orange pudding but had no orange flavour just 2 slices of orange to show its "chocolate orange" would have expected there to be orange zest through the brownie/cake or a orange flavoured icecream to give the flavour of chocolate orange. Even after squeezing the juice from the slices of orange it didnt really provide much orange flavour. R I do understand there is a time and a place for using ready made dessert, however it would be of better service if we didnt see desserts come.out of packages at the front desk. For example the macarons The rest were delicious and the freshly made crepes and waffles would highly recommend
