Only 3 stars, as although I really enjoyed their ice cream in summer, my most recent visit in December wasn’t great. We went as a family including a baby, but when the little one needed changing I learned that no changing table was available. Staff suggested I could change on the bathroom floor, but that turned out to be wet and dirty. Don’t understand why that place doesn’t have one of those fold-down changing tables. Won’t be able to return until little one is out of nappies I guess!

The coffee we drank was flavourless & the milk in the hot chocolate was off. However the staff very happily refunded us and werre deeply apologetic.

Delicious ice cream with good portion size. The cone was yummy too as was the choc canary. Everything they sell looks amazing and I can't wait to try more!
