Love this family run business. Had a Chololate (dark mocha)with flat white cost £2.5 Reasonable priced and tasty hand crafted Chololate. Recommend to anyone fancy some sweetness 🥰

Every visit is a special treat. Whether I get a gift for someone else (and a coccy or two for myself) or nip in for a hot drink (which also comes with a complementary chocolate), it feels like a special occasion. My favourite place to get an advent calendar and my favourite salted caramel chocolate from anywhere ever. Also, try the Thai coconut and lemongrass truffle, it's my favourite and you won't find it anywhere else.

I have bought from the shop a couple of times but this year I've done a mail order with them for Mother's Day. I just followed the instructions on the website - which is to choose what you want in the box from the menu, email them with your requirements, you pay by bank transfer and they box it up for you and off it goes. They include a menu card and a gift message. My mum has just called me, very impressed and having eaten the majority (and it's not even Mother's Day yet)! I think next time I'm in Nottingham city centre I will stop by for a hot chocolate and a little chocolate treat. 😋 Excellent service, excellent product, very reasonably priced (£16 for 16 chocolates in a box + £4 postage).

This has been a happy place for me to visit for over 10 years. All staff are friendly and the chocolate be it within the liquid drinking form or as the original chunk is always to the highest standard. You also feel good for supporting a local business with good quality products made and sold on premises. I truly love this place. They offer not only the day to day chocolate but seasonal goods for all occasions such as Valentine’s Day / Christmas and weddings etc. Seating is limited so be prepared to either wait or have your delights to take away. Long live good chocolate and Independant business owners.

Really great service - ordered a box of chocolates using the order by email system from the website. Received a really quick response to my email, payment was easy and the chocolates arrived within less than 48 hrs of first email. Chocolates were delicious and well presented. Really recommend

Amazing little gem in Nottingham. The chocolate is probably the best i’ve had anywhere (and I’ve had A LOT of chocolate). The hot chocolate was great too i couldn’t stop myself from inhaling it. Also it was just the right temperature not too hot not too cold! Pictured is my attempt to take a picture of the hot chocolate before it was gone, but unfortunately I simply couldn’t resist.

I went to chocolate Utopia today got a bag of different chocolates and had a milk hot chocolate to go, it was so delightfully delicious and creamy and I got to choose a free chocolate to have with my hot chocolate! I chose cappuccino chocolate which was so so yummy. The Salted caramel chocolates are the best I've ever had I wish i picked up more of them. I'm saving the chocolates to have a couple each day as a treat because otherwise id eat them all in one go! I will definitely be back to chocolate Utopia next time I'm in Nottingham. The customer service is outstanding as well, all the staff are so friendly and polite and cannot do enough for the customers.

Best chocolate shop I have been too. I always make a point of visiting and buying a box every time I come from London to visit some friends. The service is great. The owner makes you feel so welcome and is so helpful. The chocolates are outstanding. I always have to stop myself from finishing the box in a day. Really recommend them. The costs are fair. I have heard their hot chocolates are amazing but haven't got one yet.

One of Nottingham’s gems. Brilliant chocolate shop and cafe, friendly family-run business. Good range of dairy-free and vegan chocolates available. Everything made on the premises and top quality. A must-visit, particularly in the run up to Easter and Christmas!

Family run independent chocolate shop. They produce all of their own chocolate and make all manor of different chocolates with them. We've been customers with them for many years, particularly at Christmas and Easter and find them much better than the chain stores. They also run their shop as a cafe (though not during the present lockdown).

The best chocolates you could ever get! Absolutely something to try if you haven't yet. I bought boxes for a present and the person told me that they were delicious! I buy them as a treat for myself regularly and love to support this business. You can see the chocolates being made in the shop too.

I was recommended to come here by a colleague as it is a family run business and working for a Nottingham company myself, we decided to buy all of our raffle prizes for our annual Christmas party from other local companies rather than the big chains. The chocolates here are amazing, made fresh on the premises daily and something to suit all tastes and diets including a good selection of vegan chocolates. These are premium chocolates at a premium price, but you are paying for quality ingredients. I would say their prices are on a par with Hotel Chocolat. You can also sit and have a drink and you can choose a chocolate to go with it. My kids have tried the hot chocolate and assured me that it was very good, (no powder left at the bottom). Treat yourself, you won’t regret it.

The best place to stop whilst shopping in Nottingham. I have never tried a finer hot chocolate and highly recommend one if it's your first visit. Delightful array of handmade chocolates (my favourite are the caramel hearts!) as well as many treats and chocolate gifts for every occasion. The hot chocolate come in white for the sweeter tooth, milk and dark if you don't want anything too sweet. Coffees and other soft drinks also served here. Lovely and friendly staff who are always smiling. One of my favourite places in the world!

I love this place! It is my favourite place to go and have a great hot chocolate and relax. For the price it's extremely good. £2.80 for a hot chocolate, of white, milk or dark chocolate, and a chocolate of your own choice. I love the milk chocolate salted caramel and the truffles.

It is the best chocolate based drinks place bar none, how can you beat a team of friendly people who make the drinks with liquid Belgium chocolate in front of you. Plus when i do travel into Nottingham via bus, the shop is next to the bus stop, which is handy. With the drinks you can pick one from the vast selections they have on for sale also. It is my place of choice for mocha's or fresh chocolates for that special occasion or person (me) as that is what they are, so fresh.
