Nice place for dessert, I recommend the waffles 🧇 and the milkshakes.

Great selection of ice creams/gelatos.... So so many and they're happy to swap bits in and out of menu items to suit, Some members of staff not wearing masks behind and in front of service area, and a member of the team holding a screaming child behind counter. No instructions what to do for first time visits Toilets had no soap and hand dryer broken but hey, we don't need to wash our hands these days right?? All in all a nice place to visit but they just need to pay attention to what they're doing... Its not just about the desserts

Dessert is still very nice! It isn’t as tidy and clean as it used to be! Place could do with an overall makeover. Asked for water and they said there is some available in a jug. The jug as well as the glasses were filthy so I didn’t bother.

Big portions and good prices. I ordered cookies Ferrero rocher and ice cream (around £6,5), it was too tasty! But it's portion for 2)) I can't eat it. What I don't like: 1) dirty napkins. I asked for different napkin, but was same situation. All was in chocolate. It's not a big problem, I understand that on kitchen all in chocolate and ice cream, but of c I would like to have clean napkins; 2) why some stuff without masks?! Especially who makes deserts, who serves it... They were without masks. Really... Must follow rules.

Better than it used to be. Food was hot and order was correct. You used to go in there and be forced to listen to rnb at 120 decibels. Much more civilised now. Booth lay out is good. Selection is fantastic. Bubblegum is my favourite. Had the cookie dough and couldn't finish it.

Their Ferrero Rocher sundae was so good, we had to visit this place again, despite the freezing cold in Oxford at that time! The inside was warm and cozy though, and I found the prices to be quite reasonable. Highly recommended!

A decent place for ice cream on Cowley Road. My wife and I have been here and we find the ice cream okay. They have a number of flavours and the taste is quite good. In addition to ice cream, they also have shakes, smoothies and some other desserts. The downside is that the ice-cream (most of the flavours) is too sweet and can be made better by optimising the amount of sugar. The staff are really friendly and it's quite large for a gelato. Lots of places to sit inside if you don't want to take away. Also open quite late in the night. Would recommend.

If you want great ice cream, waffles, shakes (and more) this is definitely the place for you! The range of flavours is HUGE and the waffles are just delicious. However, if you want service with a smile, don't expect this here. Ordering is often very difficult, with flavours being repeated many times. Music is also often very loud.

A good selection of ice cream. The kinder bueno chocolate is amazing! The milk shakes are delicious. And it is air conditioned! The toilets are sometimes not so clean or there is no toilet paper, but overall a fun place to go for people of all ages.

The portions are vast but honestly the gelato ice cream is lovely. I just went for a small trio of flavours in a pot. One scoop of Honeycombe, raspberry and mango. A small drizzle of chocolate on it too. Delicious. The smoothies are also very good. Also someone had the waffle with strawberries and white chocolate. It's a very casual dressed down place. Staff were pleasant. Service was quick.

Coffee was very bitter, not great quality, definitely not somewhere to go specifically for. Ice cream is obviously top notch, and the made to order waffles are nice and light. Lot of quite rough looking lads mainly just loitering on their phones is an odd thing to tolerate in a place that I assumed would be attracting kids. Staff were a bit too far on the casual side of service.

Cute or what ever but they use the same batter for their waffles and crepes. My crepes tasted like a flat sheet of rubber even with chocolate sauce ontop. Love this place. Great gelato in dozens of flavours, from hazelnut or pistachio to fruit sorbets to a myriad of chocolate bar containing wonders. The white kinder Bueno is super good, and there are the standard flavours too. Waffle cone or pot and loads of different sprinkles and sauces. Has a menu filled with sundaes, totally extra milkshakes, freshly made waffles or pancakes and juicy virgin cocktails. *Often cash only*, counter service but open until midnight for that after dinner ice cream treat. Brightly lit with lots of seating and usually background music playing. Sundaes has a huge selection compared to G&D's half dozen options but it's a whole different vibe to the Oxford favourite.

Awesome selections of ice creams. They have comfortable chairs. The only down side is you need to spend above a certain amount in order to be able to pay by card. The place can be a bit loud, but it’s not their fault.

Wow love the desserts they sell, its hard to choose when you go in, The Kinder Beuno, Skittles and Ferrero Rocher is always my favourite ice creams but i bet all the others is yummy too! nice decor and really good seating areas.
