W. A.Wow, the gelato here is great! I had the chocolate and hazelnut and the pistachio gelatos, both of which were excellent.
The place did lack a toilet, though, which is a shame.
N. S.Amazing ice cream. Every flavour is sensational. I haven't tried chocolate sorbet anywhere else. It's incredible.
They don't take cash which is a shame.
F. L.Easily the best gelato in Oxford. The pistachio flavour is special - such a rich strong flavour of roasted pistachios. Chocolate brownie and the dark chocolate sorbetto are also some of the best. Come here for top quality gelato, just be prepared for a slightly disappointing portion size.
S. G.Not everything in gelato in its name is great or may be my expectations are high. When i have something that has a truckload of calories I expect it to be worth it. This was not.
Tried the hazelnut and pistachio flavours. Both ok but not worth the money or the calories. I don't like to waste ice cream but this went in the bin right there after I tried to convince myself for many bites that it was good. It wasn't. Ok but not good.
I can recommed Tesco ice creams which are one third the price for a half litre and taste amazing.
Waste of money thos one but learnt a lesson - don't be taken in by fsncy names and branding.
N. R.First time trying Swoon , omg best icecream I have had . I had 2 scoops and portions were bit tight .
I felt sorry for the two staff members as it was a busy Saturday afternoon and there was two of them doing coffee, icreams and deliver roo orders. They came across quite standoffish and lacked any customer service to be honest but not sure if that was because they were busy and stressed! The store needed a good clean too , hygiene was not the best .
H. T.best icecream in oxford! the staff were really friendly and helpful when we were trying to pick our flavours (definitely go for the lotus biscuit!) overall a lovely place to go for the summer
