Brilliant experience! They have certainly upped their game since first opened. Portions were very generous, and service was absolutely spot on. Very welcoming and cheerful members of staff working here.

First time visit. Very well organised. A young man by the name of Huseem was extremely helpful, nothing was trouble. Girl at till taking the order very friendly also. Nice to see different demographics of people in there, couples, families, groups of youngsters etc, nice atmosphere. Food came quickly , good size, delicious. Definitely recommend.

Creams are our family favourite! Great gelato, waffles and sundaes. Since dine-in is shut these days, we did take away this time. My ony issue with them is the high price! I think most of the prices are 20% higher than what they should be.

Amazing customer service. Great ambience. Dessert was out of this world. Rich and filling too. Tasty and inviting for a come-back. It’s definitely a place to visit for casual dates, friends hangout, birthdays, fun eat out. I enjoyed every bit of this.

I absolutely love having these guys as my neighbours! really nice on a hot day or a cheeky day when you want something very tasty. walk down the road and that banana waffle split or monster chocolate shake is in your tummy. really nice people and they do their best to make it a experience. my only issue is the music (loud and sometimes not family friendly) but that is personal my choice. otherwise food is good, speed of service is good and menu selection is good.

Creams desserts are absolutely lovely. The decor, the cleaniness and above all the service was top. Staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful, I would highly recommend this place to be your number one dessert parlour. Keep it up Creams :)

A great place to visit, the portions were massive, the price very reasonable and the decor was amazing. For £20 we got 2 milkshakes, a premium waffle and a hot fudge sundae. An incredibly friendly and welcoming member of staff asked if we had visited before and showed us how everything works. Upon ordering, our food arrived in less than 10 minutes and was just like the pictures if not better. Honestly, the waffles could be shared as I left more than half. We went at 5pm and it wasn't busy at all, great place for a family. Also, if the manager reads this, the staff working on March 1st at 5pm were incredible and deserve great praise.

This is my 2nd visit here and yet again didn't fail to impress. Very clean. Absolute fantastic friendly staff that actually remembered us and what we had the last time we came over a year ago. Massive choice of sweets and drinks. And will also customise your order . The service was fast and the food was very well presented.. I live about 65 miles from here and would travel here just for the experience. Well done all at creams café. See you again soon

Fantastic place! Stylish design! Climatically! I visited this place with a friend for the first time where we were also was asked about that. Waiter show us local and he showed what they have available on the menu. I ate that with strawberries and I felt the sky in my mouth. I don't remember the name but you can show that photo ! I recommend take that with some icecrams what they ask for killing sweetness :D It was not last visit !!

One of the best carrot cakes I have had in ages, worked perfectly with the custard, the kids assured me that the milkshakes and cookie dough is exceptional... I'd definitely drop in again. As ever, staff were very welcoming and made us feel part right at home!!! Thanks for a great service.

Lovely place, not too bright or loud, music is just loud enough that you can hear people talking to each other at your table but can't hear others across the room. Great service from staff. Food is amazing, well presented and great blends of flavours. Have been here 3 times this year and will be going back again for sure.

We go here to often. Our favourite place and has been since a few years now. This particular establishment makes the best milk utopia cookie dough. There is one particular guy who has an amazing balance of ingredients. Look out for him and ask him to make yours. The soft serve does not disappoint and the salted caramel is as good as the soft serve. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about having a dessert from here.

A nice secluded creams that isn't to loud with great customer service. Was given an incredibly clean booth and the order was fresh and ready really quickly. When we finished we went to the counter to order some take out and when I turned to the booth it had already been cleared. Definitely booking my kids birthday party here.

Not a bad location...very near the main car parking areas. Menu is extensive and desserts are always delicious. The waiting staff are in the ball but when ordering the staff do have a habit of mis-hearong an order and not checking it back which has resulted in 2 separate orders being incorrect.

This toko belongs in the center next to the McDonalds, so they no longer have to sell ice cream at McDonalds, which saves washing up again. (Original) Hier kunt u een lekker ijsje knabbelen =). Alleen jammer van de lokatie. Deze toko hoort in het centrum naast de mcdonalds thuis, dan hoeven ze bij mcdonalds geen ijsjes meer te verkopen, scheelt weer afwas.
