Haute Dolci is not just fine dining at its pinnacle, rather it offers moments of intense pleasure that excite all the senses and bring richness to the quality of people’s lives! Such luxurious and detailed surrounds, sumptuous variety and distinctive quality that meets the art of living, made with upmost care and the highest craftsmanship, providing an extraordinary dessert journey. The desserts were all delicious not just to the eye, but it left the palate feeling fulfilled. My personal favourite is the raspberry and white chocolate American waffle accompanied by the luxury Caribbean coconut gelato. The staff are all lovely, very helpful and friendly and I most definitely will be visiting again and again!

Very elegant dessert restaurant in the heart of Preston that also provides the odd breakfast and lunch options. Good quality food which is present really well. Not a place you would visit every week, more for special occasions or as a treat. Prices are very high. Charged £1.90 for a small bottle of water.... really?? Only negative during my visit on the evening of Mon 8th Aug 2022 is that the service wasn't brilliant for the price I was paying for my family. They didn't have certain ingredients for the dish I ordered, which left me waiting for a replacement dessert whilst the rest of my family had nearly finished eating. They did apologise, but this was a little too late. I was then left to share my wifes dish as a substitute. The tables were very clean and deco was lovely. However, toilets were dirty and floor very wet. Music a little loud for my taste, but the female waitress that served us on the 2nd floor had really good customer service skills. Please note that parking can be an issue during the day, as there are no parking bays outside the restaurant (only disabled parking bays directly outside the building). Overall, my wife and children loved it.

I visited Haute Dolci Preston with my husband and 2 sons for the first time yesterday. What a lovely place and such great atmosphere and decor. From the minute we walked in till the moment we left, we were very impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Luke aka Lukmaan. His welcome, attention and willingness to please made our experience a great one! He was very approachable, friendly and polite. He tailored our experience to our needs and was very professional throughout. He is an absolute asset to Haute Dolci and we would definitely visit again. The food and desserts were absolutely on point and i will attach the pictures below so you can see for yourselves. We can't say what our favourites were as honestly everything was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Table/utensils/seating area were all clean and bathroom was immaculate which is pleasing and comforting. The boys (aged 5 and aged 1) really enjoyed their visit. We usually hate taking them to dessert places and were worried there would be some tantrums but Lukes banter, conversation and the wonderful food and desserts definitely kept them included and occupied. Thank you for your recommendations and service Luke. Everything was great. Top service. Hopefully we will see you at our next visit 😊 The only downside to our visit was that we forgot to redeem our giveaway prizes 🙈 but all in all a great dessert place. We will definitely be back again soon ⭐

Experienced Haute Dolci Preston for the first time since its refurbishment..Opened only a few weeks ago and it was truly a memorable experience. Quality surroundings with quality desserts. Staff were very welcoming, friendly & courteous..Just what you want for a first visit. Big shout out to Luke, Mohit & Karl whose customer service was excellent..Made our visit that extra bit special. Arrived at Haulte Dolci when in search of Heavenly Dessert with a group of 8 adults and a 2 year old at 8pm on a Saturday, without reservation. The ultimate test. Although initially I was disappointed to find that Heavenly desserts had been replaced, the disappointment quickly passed. We were seated almost immediately and Luke and the team kindly rearranged the tables to allow us all to sit together as a group. Luke, the newest adopted member of the family, provided excellent service, with superb attention to detail, going the extra mile at every opportunity. The desserts, icecreams, mocktails and sorbets were all incredible- yes, we ordered some of everything between the group. Even the atmosphere and decor was lovely. Even when we had a slight accident and on of the glasses got smashed, Luke was cool calm and collected at helping us to get cleared up without any awkwardness. I do not give 5 stars easily but I think this is well deserved. My only feedback would be that I was disappointed to find you have a standard service charge on your bill. This service charge should go to your staff. If they are all as good as Luke, they deserve every penny of it.

It was my 20th bday today and the staff made my day. The service was amazing and Nazeera Gilitwala (staff) was so kind and hardworking. She arranged everything on time and gave the best service ever. I really appreciate her behaviour. The dessert was delicious and I really enjoyed my birthday treat there . Thanks The second time I went was amazing too . Mohit was very attentive and gave excellent service. I ordered pancakes and fudge cake. It was served with perfection and looked amazing. Would definitely visit again and recommend too. This was one of the best dessert lounges I have ever been to. As we entered we were greeted by a polite waiter who assigned us a table and talked through the whole menu in detail. The menu was more like a book, with hundreds of different items including waffles, pancakes, cakes, milkshakes, hot drinks, soft drinks and more! The presentation of the food was impeccable, and the taste was exquisite! The interior of the parlour was bery lavish and opulent, and very modern. The price was very fair considering the size and quality. I shall definitely be visiting again very soon! One thing to note... they don't offer tap water so be prepared for this!

Highly recommend HD- by far one of the best dessert parlours I have been to. A very clean and pretty venue with a phenomenal choice of desserts and a very friendly team. Firstly the decor is very grown up, sophisticated and relaxed at the same time. I went with the recommendation when I said I fancied the French toast, beautifully presented great tasting, fluffy, french toast with caramelised bananas, toffee sauce and pecans, absolutely delicious. Today I visited haute dolci for the second time in what was another amazing 5 star experience. Upon arrival there was no seats available however the gent was polite so we decided to wait. After roughly 15 minutes we sat down and swiftly ordered. I finally got to try the “chocolate sinner” French toast which is one for a sweet tooth! A party of 6 of us dined here yesterday, one of us being in a wheelchair. The waitress was so lovely and accommodating and went out of her way to ensure that we were seated at the best table for our needs and put a ramp at the side door for easy access into the building. This was our 2nd visit and on both occasions the food and the service has been second to none. The portion sizes are generous and the quality of products used were excellent. The same waitress served us on both occasions and despite being rushed off her feet, she was fast, efficient, professional and extremely friendly. We’ll definitely be returning again very soon.

Visited this place a couple of times now and it’s probably one of the nicest dessert places I have ever been to. Definitely a more luxurious feel to it. The desserts are presented so well and taste great - I love the marble tables! The pancakes I had here are the best pancakes I’ve ever had!! Staff are friendly and attend to you well. We visited on Pancake Day as we had not been before and needed an excuse to try out Heavenly Desserts. It is so popular we had to wait. But it was well worth it. I was treated to a stack of warm freshly made pancakes! We opted for the "build your own" option. We decided on pancakes served with warm chocolate sauce (which came in a jug), served with fresh bananas and Ferrero Rochē chocolates, topped with authentic Italian Strawberry Gelato, garnished with juicy fresh strawberries. All beautifully presented on a large plate. I'm glad we shared it as I could not have eaten it all by myself! Gorgeous food, great experience. We love it and I'm very fussy about my food!

Best deserts you will ever have. The prices are ridiculous. It's not like your normal desert parlour where you can get a waffle for £5, you're looking at £8 over here. The service is good. The best thing is you can make your own waffle.

Nice restaurant, modern feel, spacious and well lit, the server told us it would be 5 mins wait and it was nowhere near that, so good start!. My daughter asked for some tap water whilst we were deciding, as it was a hot day. This never materialised. The waiter was lovely he took our order and heard me say "did you still want some tap water?" to my daughter, he sorted it out for us where the waitress failed. My daughter did warn me before we went that is was quite formal and we might be underdressed but I have to say I personally did not feel like that. I think that teenagers and young adults feel a little intimidated that it is too posh for them as I had the same response from other young ppl when I asked them about heavenly desserts. The atmosphere is really vibrant, the restaurant was full of happy faces and there were ppl coming and going all the time. We chose non-alcoholic cocktails as we didn't want to fill ourselves up on milkshake which were georgeous. We chose the choose your own pudding which was good, I love crepes, but just a little too much toffee syrup for me it was very sweet (I know, it's pudding it's supposed to be) but it was very good. We were sat next to the kitchen so we could watch everything being made which was cool and the chef was calling the waiter for us and gave my daughter some strawberries which were missed off our order. The prices are on the expensive side, but everything is fresh, you get what you pay for, fruit is expensive after all. Plus if we had gone out for a full 3 course meal in a restaurant we would of paid far more, so we were happy with what we paid. Would recommend to anyone who likes pudding!, Hang on ....... Isn't that everyone?

We received the shot and the drink, the sundae never arrived we waited another 10/15 minutes before we asked about the were abouts of the dessert. Only for them to discover the order has not gone through downstairs. They apologized for the mix up and sad they'd be another 15/20 minutes wait. We got the bill and left. I feel their organisation and management of seating, is much to be desired!! The two things we ordered were actually quite tasty and unique. A bit price heavy for a mango milkshake I feel.. Will we return.. probably.. The desserts seem exceptional the service needs not so.

Had a really great experience here today. Went with family and it didn’t disappoint. The desserts were amazing and tasted fresh and not like they’ve been pre-made and sat there all day. Our waitress Nazeerah was very helpful and no question was too much for her.
