Omg it's so so very nice to find a chocolate shop and one that dose the best 85% dark chocolate 🍫 plenty of choice for all you chocolate fans cone with a loyalty card but don't get any benefit from it maybe I'm missing somthing . Staff very friendly and helpful a credit to the company 👌

The retail personnels were amazing they tried to solve my concerns and I happily singed up for their lifetime discounts. I wanted to give 5 stars but I gave 4 because there were no sitting for the staff I ofteb goto oracle mall and I always see them standing even nobody in the shop. This is ridiculous and inhuman the management should take this into account and offer them sitting chairs but once the customer walks in they can walk to the customer to facilities. So management of retailors really need to figure this out. As this is nor Zara and Hnm where customers are all the time coming in. Please have a look thanks.

Probably the best chocolate in town. Often there are promotions after holidays and you can get great-quality chocolate at really low price. Stuff is really nice and helpful and their ice cream is fantastic. I definitely recommend this place.

I love hotel chocolat, however having visited this week I was shocked at how rude the staff were, I am a vip me member, no one even asked. I was told to move out of the way by cashier at the checkout. Come on customer service please .........this was disgraceful !

Not a huge amount to say about a shop that sells chocolate however I thought the service I received was excellent. The shop itself seemed to sell the entire range of Hotel Chocolat products which were well presented.

Love this shop. Has a great selection of chocolate for all us chocolate lovers. From expensive but amazing luxury boxes to individual pieces, there is something here for everyone. The are friendly staff here who are happy to support with the wide range of chocolate selection. Worth a visit.

I love me some chocolate and Hotel Chocolat certainly delivers. Great product range, excellent quality - not that glass and a half of palm oil muck Cadbury and Thorntons peddle. Service in this branch is also friendly and attentive. The only minor downside is that the products are quite expensive but the quality certainly makes up for this.

Good quality chocolate shop in the Oracle in Reading. Staff always very nice, and always willing to let you try some chocolate. Good selection of chocolate available, and always special deals on just after Christmas, Easter etc on chocolate boxes!

Can't believe there's never been a review for Hotel Chocolat in the Oracle, so here goes...... The best Chocolate, excellent service (usually with samples if they're not busy), prices for the quality are reasonable, and the knowledge of the staff around the chocolate subject goes into some depth. Well worth a visit and a purchase.

I suppose by 'appeal' you mean the presentation and the esthetic of your products. I don't deny the excellency of your chocolates and your service but, after seeing the window of the cake shops on the continent, I find yours terribly dull. For Easter you're selling expansive eggs in a sad ordinary box where the egg is hardly visible. Inside the presentation is even duller. On the continent the eggs are richly decorated. You don't know which one to choose; they look appealing and the theme of spring is on every egg (marzipan daffodils, roses, etc..) and hold closed by a beautiful ribbon. Your boxes are not attractive at all. You don't need to have thick chocolate eggs, thin one is fine and easier to eat but for heavens sake make it more attractive, at least for the sake of the kids!! In fact your eggs are for a puritan Easter!
