Absolutely delightful experience! Staff were very friendly, and prices reasonable. We got the sharing platter for 2, 14.95 for two full sized waffles and a million pancakes with toppings. Amazing smoothies too. One of the best dessert shops in the area, will definitely be back again. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Recommend this lovely place. So much variety and friendly staff. Delicious selection from small desserts, dipping selection, to waffles, crepes, hot cookie doughs, sundaes, hot and cold coffees, mocktails and even afternoon tea( need to book this in advance) The pancake stack was enormous and we actually had to pack it home! Glad it's non alcoholic. Great place for kids /teens and families. Not 5 stars as few gluten free options, and not clearly labelled as such

Genuinely good service, very welcoming and professional staff. It wasn't like I was in Hanley after I stepped in. Well decorated however must be upkept in order to maintain this vibe on entry... Most importantly some of the best desserts in terms of value for money I've had! I had the King Rocher and the Brownie Sundae. Highly Recommend!

Lil Dessert should say EXTREMELY LITTLE!!! NEVER had a cookie dough so small. Tastes ok but nothing special, very few chocolate chips and I have purchased better, at a Mich bigger size from elsewhere. Very disappointed, definitely gone down bank.

Great dessert place. We went in on a Friday afternoon for afternoon tea and whilst was fairly busy we had no problem getting a table. The waiter was very friendly, the food tasted great, managers very attentive and all looked clean. Service wasn't super fast for us, but for afternoon tea that didn't matter - part of the enjoyment is in taking the time to enjoy it all - ones ordering normally off the menu were served very quickly. Definitely worth a visit, and we'll be back again.

Have just moved to stoke recently and was feeling peckish. So me and my friend ordered 2 waffles to be delivered. They arrived perfectly on time and the waffles were still warm and the ice cream had not even started to melt! The delivery driver was very nice and the food was delicious!

The little dessert shop is most definitely one of the best treat restaurants I have been too! My first time there was to hangout with a few friends of mine, it was a fantastic and has consistently remained the same at every visit. The staff are always neatly dressed and very attentive. Well mannered and always helpful. They are always professional. I have not yet tried everything on the menu because I keep wanting more of my favourites. 😂 I can't help it, I love waffles. I have introduced every member of my family to LDS and every out of town visitor that comes to my house, gets to go there for a treat. The prices are good for such great desserts. The ambience is lovely. Music is played through surround speakers at a very friendly volume, loud enough to hear the vocals but low enough to hear yourselves gossip in hush tones about the other patrons. They also have Wi-Fi but I have never bothered connecting to it,as I am focused on demolishing whatever gets placed in front of me. Tasty, top quality service and everything is halal.

I used to come here often and still do bringing a lot friends and family. The food is always well presented and tasty. The manager always comes and checks if you are okay. Best dessert shop in stoke. Lovely place with nice decor!

Absolutely fabulous! This place is too good for stoke, honestly deserves customer after customer. When I ordered from the little dessert shop for the first time, I had a chocolate fudge cake coated in chocolate sauce which was absolutely define. The softness of the cake melted in my mouth and with the sause it made the experience even better. I also ordered a sharing fondue which was for my mums birthday which consisted of pancake pieces, waffles, strawberries and fudge along with a huge chocolate dip. The dip was still warm upon arrival and so were the pieces of variety sweets. It was 12.99 for the fondue but this doesn't put me off this place whatsoever. The packaging is really well put together and gives it a lot of class and appeal. This also goes for the single fudge cake I had. if you are struggling for getting someone a birthday gift or you forgot up until the very last minute this place would save you big time no problem. highly recommend for all.

I haven't had lots of chocolate milk shake but this one definitely stands out to me. I usually find chocolate milkshakes bitter after a few sips but this one remained constant with taste and the whipped cream as well. Recommend drinking when it's still cold to avoid feeling the unblended chocolate bits. It still tastes good but I'm not a fan of that feeling. If chocolate is not your thing, they also make smoothies those are also amazing. Highly recommend you try it out at least once

I was a bit iffy about ordering online here as I had seen some negative reviews based on their delivery service, however mine was great! The "white kiss" milkshake was amazing and the red velvet cheesecake is my favourite so far. Only negative is that the "taste of heaven cheesecake" was a bit to mushy and sickly for me. The desserts arrived in just under half an hour on a Sunday night so no faults there (I ordered through deliveroo) Will definitely or again in the future! :)

Ordered the sharing platter and the food was great although way too much, great value! Customer service wasn't the best, no one came over to check on how our desserts were and no one greeted us as we left. When asking if some food could be put in a box, we were brought over a box and offered no help in putting it in although the dessert was very saucy and messy. Also the staff seemed more focused on taking pictures than serving my partner and came across quite rude and rushing when serving. Overall the food was fab but service needs improving.

I went to the little dessert shop with family for the very first time. Upon arrival, we were given a warm welcome within a few seconds by the owner of the shop. He was very well spoken and immediately offered us a choice of where we would like to be seated. The desserts arrived on time as expected and are literally the best desserts in the city. I will definitely go again and would strongly recommend that everyone should go to check it out. Before trying out this shop, I read many negative (seems like paid reviews) and was hesitant to go. However, when I experienced it for myself, it was completely the opposite of those negative reviews. Please do not let negative reviews put you off trying new things, go and experience this lovely shop with 5* desserts and staff who have outstanding customer service skills.

Amazing! We had the strawberry and chocolate waffles delivered to our door. After we ordered online it had arrived within twenty minutes and the waffles were still warm as they would be if you were sitting in. The ice cream was also still frozen as we were worried that it might melt on the delivery. It is really easy to order online and we chose to pay at the door but their is also an option to pay online by card. Overall delivery is a great idea and I would definitely do It again or visit the store next time I am close by.

Booked for afternoon tea this morning and was sat by 11.45. Food was lovely, but the service was a little slow. Seemed understaff as there was one waiter who was seemingly serving everyone, cashier etc. For my first visit to any Little Dessert Shop, I have somewhat happy with my experience. The food really was fantastic, lovely presentation, everything seemed to be cooked fresh etc, and the staff were really helpful, I just believe that due to a rather busy morning and with the lack of people working in the restaurant that the service was quite slow and therefore did have a slight negative impact.

A group of 4 of us went here on a Saturday night, about 9.30pm. Firstly you have to wait to be seated, more to the point wait for them to clear an empty table. Then you must pay before you get your food. Service was slow, but friendly enough, lots of staff not seeming to do much, certainly not keeping the front of the restaurant area clean. The desserts were ok, but some of the ice creams tasted the same despite being different flavours, the waffle was ok but I had had lots better. A case of Style over Substance.

I have noticed more than once that those of other races besides the English and the Pakistanis are served more superficially since entering the confectionery. For example, I was given as a menu a simple page with only a few products, not having too many options to choose a menu (this did not happen only once), to the other nationalities mentioned above, they were given a catalog. ⁇ (Original) Este o cofetărie cochetă cu o gama vastă de prăjituri proaspete, dar din păcate, unii angajați fac diferențe intr-e clienți. Am observat și nu o dată, că cei de altă rasă în afara englezilor și a pachistanezilor, sunt serviți mai superficial încă de la intrarea în cofetărie. Mie, de exemplu, mi s-a dat ca și meniu o simplă pagină cu doar câteva produse, neavând prea multe opțiuni de a-mi alege un meniu,(acest lucru nu s-a întâmplat doar o dată) ,celorlalte naționalități de care vorbeam mai sus, li s-a dat un catalog. 😔
