Great dessert with a welcoming staff in the heart of Warrington. Just came in to have Waffles and coffee. Quick service. Reasonable price.

The food here is delicious! Some portions are enough for two people! The staff were friendly and helpful. We did have to wait a while for our food and it didn't all come out together. But the staff were aware of this and apologized. There was only 2 young girls working non stop. The place was clean, it had a good atmosphere. Definitely going back to try more items on the menu!

We go to the Liverpool branch all the time but tried this Warrington one The manager Matty honestly couldn’t do enough for us even at a late hour! Amazing customer service he’s an asset to the franchise

Nutella chocolate shots are nice, bit expensive for a family of 6 our bill was £80 for 5 Waffles a kids brownie and choc shots but children's menue is a bargain will come again for a treat

Beautiful Deserts from presentation to taste. Staff are also very polite and helpful. Place was very clean and had really pretty decor. Loved the way the menu was presented and the screens with the Deserts on were very eye catching. Well worth a visit!!

Beautiful desserts, lovely environment inside the store. Staff were extremely well mannered and immediately checked whether we had any allergies or if we would like the vegan or gluten free menus. The Menu is just incredible and I had such a hard time deciding! Will most definitely revisit.

Wow! The desserts here are so good. I had never heard of Mochi before, and we had some of those with some sorbet on the side and they are truly delicious. Rose and lychee milk shakes were a first for us too, and we also found that we could order from a fantastic variety of lovely sweet dishes for delivery to our hotel up to 11.00 pm. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff. I had a biscoff croffle and a Spanish latte. So rich and decadent that I couldn't quite finish it. My son had a Roche cookie dough dessert and thoroughly enjoyed it too. Definitely go again but next time I would go on an empty stomach.

Been here quite a few times and I must say, by far the best dessert place in Warrington! The service is always superb. All the staff are lovely, been served a few times by Lucy and she’s been an absolute delight each time. The waffles, cookie dough, mojitos, chai lattes, pretty much everything made by Humera and Simra are always second to none! Highly recommend everyone to come here!
