Excellent service our Mortgage purchase was not an easy one to say the least but Greg made sure he fought our corner kept us updated and did not give up. Professional, Informative and the correspondence was great. Greg seems to have a great team behind him supportive all the way. Not the usual 9 to 5 barriers. working on a flexible schedule. As first time buyers we were clueless to the housing and mortgage market and had no idea where to start. Greg gave us a free no obligation consultation and spent a good amount of time explaining everything thoroughly to us, so that we fully understood. Greg was able to provide a whole of market search, which enabled us to find the best offer and rate available to us. Greg was also able to assist us with various different insurance quotes that we had requested, in order to protect our home and mortgage repayments should something happen to one of us, providing reassurance. The saving grace of our moving process. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing. Every bit of stress was lifted immediately and made the process as smooth as possible. Greg is so reliable and accommodating to our needs and work schedules. Nothing was too much, even it was a silly question, he always gave us the best answer! As first time buyers going into an aggressive mortgage market, we were naturally nervous and unsure of all that would be expected of us. Greg has been more than simply a fantastic broker, but also the most supportive ally during this process, explaining all we needed to know in a way in which we could understand, and he was always available to talk to if we had any concerns (even once when he was supposed to be on holiday!). People often will go direct to their banks for a mortgage, however we found that wasn't always the way to get the best offer - even as a loyal customer. There are a lot of factors at play and as first time buyers, without the luxury of a large gifted deposit, Greg's service and support found us the deal that suited us and that saved us a lot of money over the term of the mortgage. This is also with the added benefit that he was able to search the whole of market, even the products the banks won't directly advertise to you. Whilst going through our mortgage application however, the bank were causing unnecessary and potentially damaging delays but again, thanks to Greg's tenacity and vigilance to make sure we had the right product at the right rate and on time (in order to not lose our offer!) he kept the bank on their toes and we were able to overcome this hurdle. We have since exchanged contracts. Five stars are more than earned as we would not be in this position without his support.

After being messed around by a big firm mortgage broker we were passed Greg's details through a family member, and were so happy we went with him! He responded quickly to our enquires and set up a meeting within us the week, very promptly he had gotten us our DIP and within a few days he had submitted our mortgage application. I wanted to highlight the great work Greg had done for me on my recent re-mortgage. There seemed to be multiple complications, none of which were Greg’s fault but I felt from start to finish Greg had gone way above and beyond in his service to help me.
