Dealt with kingdom for initial mortgage and went smoothly. Recently did a remortgage with them and had some unexpected fees which I would have hoped would have been explained in the beginning or told how to find out how to find out if fees apply and at least obtain a redemption at outset not find out later we didn’t have enough to redeem using the cover the amount of mortgage amount we applied for. Had trouble getting thorough sometimes too but overall apart from above, happy with recommendation and saves money in long run on new rate
