As inexperienced first time buyers, we had a serious lack of knowledge and needed hand holding through the whole thing. Thank goodness we had Martin and Samantha to see us through it as we don't think it would have been nearly as easy without them. From the initial meetup, martin was patient and quick to offer his advice on what was best given our circumstances. As things changed in our situation, nothing was ever too much of a problem for him. It got to the point where we knew the whole timeline, knew what we needed to do and got regular updates along the way - so much so that we moved into our house pretty much bang on the timeline martin set on day 1. I have a... unique work situation as a self employed person... Martin helped us to get a mortgage that we found affordable and jumped through hoops to get us there. Once we moved in, we had a delightful and unexpected gift arrive from him and Samantha. What a lovely way to top off an experience that didn't cost us a penny. To say we'd use him again is an understatement, we recommend him to everyone (we were also recommended him by a close friend). If you're unsure about getting a mortgage or just need to remortgage you'd be a fool not to use them.

Martin and Samantha have been great! Very responsive and professional and gave us the best advice.
