Greig Portingale was recommended by one of our friends when we were not actively looking to move. Speaking to Grieg was the best thing at the time as he gave us key financial information tailored to us within minutes of our initial call that helped us make key decisions quickly (for our previous mortgages with other providers, this took us days and weeks). He is professional, amazingly quick to get our mortgage applications approved and was patient to answer our multiple requests even when they were outside of the mortgage and insurance applications. He assisted us with the insurances (Buildings/Landlord/health insurances) required and we are now in our dream house after 4 months of first talking to Grieg. During the first consultation they solved all of our multiple questions related with the general process, banks, next steps, follow up,...They gave us very good tips and advise. The mortgage process was quick and smooth. Just a couple of presential sessions and the rest of communication by phone or mail. They provided us with home and life insurance support as well. Communication with them and between them and our solicitors/homebuilder was quick and effective.
