Fantastic quick service from Start Rescue. My motorcycle decided to die, so I used the app to arrange recovery. I got a phone call from the recovery guy 20 minutes later. He arrived in 30 minutes as he was local. Bike brought back to my home. Highly recommended.

Flat battery. Had to call out twice because first person didn't tell me how long I needed to drive to charge the battery and so I didn't drive long enough. But otherwise, the service and the response times were excellent. Very glad I was allowed to have the second call out for the same problem and very happy overall.

Working at Call Assist was an amazing experience. I enjoyed my time there immensely. I worked there whist in college, and my position there helped me gain many skills, including confidence in talking over the phone, something I had never been good at previously. Amazing training and they work to make sure you're prepared for what you're there to do.

I have worked at Call Assist for over 9 years now, and since the start it was very clear there is a huge amount of room for progression within the company. The experience I have gained whilst working at Call Assist has helped me develop skills in which I will use throughout my life time. Call Assist is a professional and exciting place to work.

I called my car insurance up and they said my breakdown is with call assist. They were brilliant from beginning and to the end. The insurance company called to make sure they have arrived and if everything was ok. Superb customer service vice. Call assist did amazing job came out in about an hour which I was told anyway. Current Employee I highly recommend Call Assist as an employer. I originally joined Call Assist at the age of 18 in March 2014, Throughout the years the company helped me progress and grow reaching to the supervisor rank and further progressed my personal development promoting me to be apart of the Quality and Development department. In May 2019 after 5 years I decided to leave Call Assist after being offered a similar job for a different company to use my skills that I achieved by working at Call Assist. After joining the different company, I was quick to determine how unprofessional the management within this new company was compared to Call Assist along with being unbearably difficult and unwelcoming, I took it upon myself to leave with immediate effect and re-apply to Call Assist only 4 months prior to leaving. I was thankfully welcomed back to Call Assist on a full time basis to which I continue to enjoy my job role here. I now understand why a lot of people come back to Call Assist. I highly recommend Call Assist as a company and employer after such an awful experience elsewhere with a different firm.

Last night I was put through to Call Assist when trying to reach my break down company out of hours. I spoke with Ruby who was really kind and helpful, explained that my wife was stuck and having had a really crappy day she agreed to give her a call and managed to make sure the recovery driver was sent as a priority call out. I just wanted to extend my thanks to Ruby publically and hope that she receives some recognition for the great service I received from her.

Excellent. Broke down in France over new year and due to delay in garage's capacity to fit in repair, Call Assist flew us home with taxis at both ends. When car was repaired, they flew us back out and covered the ferry fare home. Very attentive service.

I enjoy working at Call Assist, I have worked my way from a Rescue Co-ordinator to Assistant manager in 9 years, I have always earned a good pay with Overtime. Everyone is pleasant and there is plenty of support from directors and management.
