Danielle was always willing to listen, and helped us come up with solutions that were based on, not just our financial needs, but also our personal needs. Emily Cuthbert, a colleague of Danielle's was also fantastic, she helped us chase up our solicitor when there were problems, and always kept us fully informed with any issues. Moving house is a stressful experience, but I did not have to worry about my mortgage or help to buy application at all. It was all handled by Fitch & Fitch perfectly, and I never had to chase, I could just leave them to it and it would be done.
