I recently used WP-Property to review my life cover, and I can tell you they went above and beyond want was required of them. My current (now old) life cover was not working as hard as it could have been. After consultation with David, we arranged a cover that was not only far superior to what I had it was approximately the same price. I had a LOT of questions I wanted to ask, and he always had the time to reply and listen to my queries. What's more, the after-sales service is fantastic. We had an issue with the life cover company not providing something, and WP-Property has taken care of it all for us. I cannot recommend David and the team more highly. I came to David to ask a piece of advice about my existing mortgage and he spent some considerable time looking in to the matter for me and getting a resolution even though it did not benefit them financially to do so. I had nearly been persuaded by another broker to let them handle a task that we could do ourselves at a significant fee to us; David explained how we could do it ourselves, and actually offered to do it for us at no fee. For me, that demonstrates strong integrity and a desire to support rather than shaft which is refreshing for his industry.
