Highly Recommend! Alex from Create finance has been absolutely amazing! His service has been incredible, he’s extremely responsive and very patient with all my questions. I would also like to thank Emma, she has been great throughout and very thorough with her work. They worked amazingly as a team, I couldn’t fault the process at all. For a long time I believed that getting a mortgage wouldn’t be possible due to bad credit, as I’d spoken to a few brokers before that informed me that they wouldn’t be able to help. I needed a buy to let mortgage, and had very little time available, before an up-and-coming court hearing for a financial settlement. Aaron and Lizzie were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Even when there had been a mixup by others, I spoke to Aaron 30 minutes before the start of a 10 AM hearing. At 9:58, Aaron emailed me with the answer we needed from the mortgage company, and my barrister was able to read out Aaron’s email in court. Without this email, I fear the financial settlement would have not gone my way. Instead, the Judge looked upon me very favourably in his summing up, for which I cannot thank Create Finance enough. The service Create Finance gave me, was far beyond that which I could have expected to be included in their fees.

Where can I start, I initially made contact with Javier early September as I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get a mortgage through a highstreets lender. Javier off the get go was very welcoming, understanding and professional in regards to my circumstances. He informed me that there are mortgages for people in the position I am. After speaking with Javier and providing him with my details he was able to get a Decision in principle with a mortgage provider. Me and my partner we ecstatic as we believed that we would struggle to find a lender. Thereon everything was left in the great hands of Javier and Katie. They created a great package of me and my partners finances and provided them to the mortgage provider who accepted this with no questions asked! By the end of September we had our mortgage offer accepted! I honestly can't thank Javier enough for his experience, responsiveness during the stressful time and his reassurances throughout the process. Ryan (our mortgage broker) was very professional throughout but also help to explain things things clearly so that we could understand everything as first time buyers being new to the process. He and Lizzie (our mortgage administrator) were very responsive and always replied immediately to any queries we had. There were delays with the underwriters of the lender and lots of additional information required (outside of Create’s control) as we are certainly not a straight forward case but Ryan kept us up to date and chased things for us regularly, without being prompted. I contacted create finance to enquire about getting a mortgage. Being self employed with an old CCJ and a first time buyer I thought the options available to me would be limited or I would need a huge deposit. I was put in contact with Javier who was absolutely amazing, he walked through mine and my partners finances and deduced we should be able to get the mortgage we wanted (and more!!) with only a 10% deposit. We were then introduced to the brillient Katie at Create who helped us get all of our documentation together and ensure that we had all the information that the the mortgage lender could possibly request. The next day we had the Agreement in Principle and we could go house shopping! After a couple of months of looking at houses we finally had an offer accepted and could go forward for the Mortgage. Great service from Adrienne, Lizzie and the team at Create Finance - Don’t go anywhere else for your remortgage. We were fed up with not getting anywhere with a few banks who were too busy to take our business, so thought we’d contact Create Finance following a recommendation on social media. Adrienne gave us a call to capture some details and have an informal chat about our needs. From that chat, we sent over the usual information, had access to updates via their app where we could keep a track of progress, and eventually had an offer from Lender a week or so later. The app is easy to use, but Lizzie and Adrienne still gave us updates proactively - even had an email on a Saturday evening to tell us the lender had offered us a mortgage (great work Lizzie!). Sadly for us, the conveyancers (ONP) were terrible through the whole process… even on a simple remortgage with no complexities about the property or credit, they were a pain. But this review isn’t about them, its about Create. Adrienne was incredibly persistent in moving things forward for us - like Omicron hunting down its next victim over xmas, she was on a mission to hunt for answers from ONP even when they were MIA. After many emails, calls and kicks, the solicitors played ball. Our remortgage took less than 8 weeks to complete from initial contact with Adrienne, and we’re glad we got a good deal and good service from Create Finance.
