A great help in organising the mortgage on my first home. Michelle was very accommodating and always had time to speak to me over the phone even before I was ready to apply. A big thank you to Harry who set up the application and helped me select the best mortgage. He made the process feel very simple with his help and guidance and had no trouble answering the many questions I had being new to the process.
