Very pleased with the service I received, which has always been good. I would recommend Lauren, who dealt with my call. She sorted my queries very efficiently, but then took time to clarify the rest of the cover on my insurance. I was very satisfied with the experience. Provided that you keep your prices competitive, I shall continue with One Call well into the future.
Excellent service. Great not to have to hold for ages as they will call you back. Anna, who dealt with my renewal was very professional and extremely helpful and very patient. She dealt with my queries with absolute professionalism So good to actually speak to someone and not to have to wait in a queue the ring back facility is brilliant. I have other policies with One Call and several members of my family have theirs too. I highly recommend One Call and their professional team members.
Hi .. I called regarding the possible transfer of a recent new policy on my car insurance to a new vehicle.
I dealt with call handler ET6 and found it a pleasant experience.. she was careful to find out all the details that i was calling around and managed to find a solution to my to new requirements that I was happy with.
Hopefully all will be ok when new policy uploads onto Onecall customer portal
Only a small queue on text chat. Then Chelsea sorted out my additional driver add on. Then was given options that I'd not thought of. Brilliant service easy to understand questions and options. One of the cheapest insurance companies about but still managed to keep me happy. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry. No chance of getting angry here - smiles all the way. Highly recommended 12 star service.
I spoke to Grace (GM7) to renew my car insurance and to change my vehicle at the same time she was excellent, and great to deal with. It's lovely to have a UK customer service team that are able to answer your questions and genuinely help! I was keen to stay with one call for this reason, along with the other benefits. The free breakdown cover is great peace of mind.
We have been with One call for just over a year now. We had our renewal letter through and contacted them regarding the increase. They managed to get us a better quote than we had the previous year with even lower excess all via an online chat which was great…customer service is great. Our cover level is brilliant and our policy is cheap…win- win. Thankfully we have not had to make a claim on the policy but I see the claims line is advertised well. I would definitely recommend getting a quote with One call as they have many optional extras which come standard all for great prices!
I was looking to get the best deal possible when renewing my car insurance. There were a few changes needed, with my husband’s poor health meaning he can no longer drive. Been insured for 2 years, best price I found at the time and a good service as far as I've used.
Had a breakdown very recently and called the provided number. Was estimated 60 - 90 minutes for a mechanic who actually turned up in 40 mins and had me on the road in 10.
Customer service agent GA2 provided a great service. I was asked to mention this in my review and I'm happy to do so.
A very pleasant and extremely helpful young lady (name withheld but known as AS2) helped me to sort out my policy in a way that I could understand. When I felt confident it was the policy I needed, she then confirmed a competitive quotation and the deal was done. Good old fashioned service and a good price. Rare these days. Received excellent service. Been with One Call for the last year and never had any issues. Called them today regarding my renewal and managed to get my renewal from £32 a month to £21. Very happy customer. The lady I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Would definitely recommend.
Had a follow up call from AL7 this morning to check that I was happy with my new policy. I was extremely impressed. He took great care in going through to ensure that I had all knowledge of what my policy provided and also would arrange to send everything by post as well. It was a pleasure to talk to him. Relates to cancellation of policy due to selling the vehicle. My first only only complaint for the company. In the initial chat I was told the cancellation was being calculated only to then be told I was in the wrong department, I appreciate the wait time, but the following agent simply told me the cancellation was being processed with "1 dd due this month" It's not the customers responsibility to have to quote the amount or the abbreviations. Please use proper terms as well as fully explain any outstanding money owed in detail. Thank you.
JP2 and SO2 were very patient and helpful with my home insurance renewal and found ways to make the renewal price even more competitive. I renewed even though they were not the cheapest. I also have my car insurance with them and they were very efficient when I had to make a claim last year. It was effortless and all dealt with seamlessly within a few days.
CR3 -I have car and buildings insurance arranged through One Call and have found their prices good and their chat line really excellent. The staff who answer queries do so promptly and intelligently, and give you the feeling that they care about their customers. I wish that all chat lines were as good as this one.
Received renewal quote for my van insurance but it had increased quite a bit. Did quotes with other companies and found a better price. Rang One Call as instructed in my renewal letter to see if they could compete with the cheaper like for like quote. The girl on the phone was extremely helpful (ref ET6) and she amended the milage slightly and value of the van and reduced my yearly insurance by almost £100 making it cheaper than the alternative quote I had received. Very happy with the service I received.
I renewed my car insurance again with One Call as they gave me a realistic quote which was cheaper than my previous policy price. The person that I spoke with on the phone was really helpful and clarified my queries - KL8 reference. I like the fact that I have an online portal to refer to for details. I would recommend.
A 'live chat' is no replacement for a live phone call. It is far too easy to end the chat accidentally and have to go through the whole process again if you want to continue discussing your problem. Perhaps employing more staff to do just that would improve your customer service. Having said that the person dealing with my concern was most apologetic and understood my point. Though at that stage I had already contacted Close Brothers to correct the information myself since that information had not been passed to them by One Call.

I've been with one all for a number of years, they are easy to get in touch with, I recently received a courtesy call about the insurance I renewed with them. NF9 was very knowledgeable and gave me a complete rundown of my policy. Asking if I was or was not aware of policy items etc. I was very happy with the caller as he was very polite, he spoke slowly as I often find other companies caller's usually rabble on so quickly it's very difficult for me to catch every word. Thank you NF9 for your call !!
Good quote last time however used the direct messaging service chat for renewal quote, requesting same policy no changes from last year, there was an added fee for renewal, given a discount when questioned but kept presuming I wanted breakdown cover which I didn’t . The end result was a quote saying I’d be a special member then quoted me monthly which came in a lot higher than my other quote which I’m presuming I wasn’t supposed to do the maths. Felt like the frills were added to make it sound like I was having a better deal.
I obviously know there are guidelines to be followed for discounts but I want a no frills explanation, knowing exactly what I’m going to be charged, either yearly or monthly with the same cover that I currently have.
Very polite, very patient and very easy to deal with. Everything was easy and straightforward as it should be. As long as the company continues in this fashion I will continue to use their services. Its not rocket science, just keep the prices low/competitive & offer what the customer is looking for....simples😋
I used the One call Insurance Online Chat today with hp1 operator to discuss my renewal of my car insurance and make some changes to my insurance going forward. I was offered a new renewal and that has reduced my insurance premium considerably. This method of online chat is great and simple to use. One call insurance I have been with for a couple of years and had no problems. Always a keen price for me.
Excellent service from Hollie p (hp1) she was friendly knowledgeable and helped me save money on my car insurance. I didn't wait long to start the chat and was very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely use them again
I'm very impressed with the service offered by One Call insurance who managed to source a new home insurance policy at almost 50% of what I had been paying. My call handler, PH8, was extremely helpful and efficient, getting back to me within 48 hours with the highly competitive policy. Brilliant service !
It's my first time with One Call, so difficult to fully assess them so early. However, the signs look good. Certainly a competitive price for car insurance. As always you need to check all the small print - some hidden charged might crop up when you are not expecting any. But that's common across the industry now. So far easy to deal with and a courtesy call with (CI5) Connor was appreciated, even if it was a little heavy on trying to sell extra services! Maybe in future, I can give 5 stars - as always with insurance you have to wait a year.
I spoke to EN 2 today to renew my policy. She was very good and competent. She was able to review my policy and offer a cheaper one, saving me £40.00 for the year. I felt confident that I had the right policy for my needs.
Have been with One Call for two years now and have always been happy with the service provided and value for money. When I thought about going elsewhere they managed to reprice the quote so I stayed. I spoke to CM2 today who was friendly and very helpful. No complaints at all.

Have been with One Call a number of years for insurance. Always competitively priced and I liked the ease of uploading documents to their online portal. Just 4 stars due to the painfully slow chat when I needed to cancel the policy due to selling the car. It took 40 minutes, with many minutes between each reply. It could have been done in 10. A disappointing end to otherwise good service.
I spoke to Jack he was very helpful and professional.
Answered my queries and then talked me through my whole policy. Very competitively priced in the current climate . I rang one call instead of sitting in a queue they rang me back within the hour.It was so nice to actually speak to someone . It makes you feel more confident in the company you're dealing with.
Been a great company to deal with. BTW I don’t rate anything as 5 stars unless they’ve gone out of their way to help and made a huge difference to me. So far One Call haven’t done that, but they have made me write this review which must tell you something positive about them.
Great insurance company but now there's nobody to speak with on the phone it's just annoying and I can't give any more than 3 stars based in that. Going all on line is not the way forward, I like to speak to people as it's much easier to understand and not waiting forever while the operator deals with 10 other people. However the staff I have dealt with are fantastic but the no phone policy needs to be addressed because I won't be sticking around come end of policy.
No hassle.Renewal every year and they are happy to discuss other quotes and match offers .Great service on every occasion I have had to claim. Been with them for 5-6 years now, and before that, I changed insurers every year at renewal time .Service agent AL4 was very helpful on the phone, and got great renewal deal for me .
operator rg4 was excellent handling my renewal of car insurance. he went through everything on my policy making sure i was happy with all the elements and offering upgrades when necessary. would recommend him and one call to anyone looking for great service
My renewal is due in a few days and I received a notification that my payment had failed. This was because my card had expired, why try taking payment using an expired card. Just contact the customer and get revised details so payment can be taken. Its not rocket science. Other than a good service and prices.
Thanks to Jack (ja7) for service today, all went smoothly with renewing my car insurance and getting me a better deal.
The call back system is a good idea no having to sit waiting on the phone till someone answers.

I contacted AB2 about renewing my policy as I hadn’t received my letter, he told me my premium has went up slightly but he would work through everything again to make sure I was getting the best deal. I called and selected a call back as they were busy. Received my call within the hour and the advisor checked my ‘renewal quote’ to see if she could match or better other online offers I had searched, sadly on this occasion she couldn’t. I called as the policy renewal was higher than comparison website with the same coverage. I was dealt with by a lady called Jessica (JP2) who was very helpful. Went through in some detail the renewal and arrived at a competitive quote that was acceptable. Overall a very good service.
Have recently taken out car insurance with One Call, and have just received a courtesy call from an agent, ref. CI5, checking i understood the policy and ran me through everything that was covered. Very amiable and polite and was nice to receive the call to know that there is a human being at the end of the phone. Would recommend.

Made two calls to One Call insurance today and both times the operatives were extremely polite and understanding. They put me at ease and were very efficient when dealing with my issues. Male operative was CA9 but am afraid didn't get name of the female one who had the most amazing telephone manner.
I wanted to make contact by telephone but long waiting time so used live chat option instead. I was 12 th in the queue so after a wait of about 10 minutes was connected. Although I prefer to speak to someone in person, it was easy to use and my enquirers was dealt with in a quick and efficient manner which I felt comfortable with

I have recently purchased one call insurance for my car online. Today I received a follow up call from them checking my policy met all my needs. This is not something I have received before.

Had a query on the details used to renew Home Insurance. Advised of change to my circumstances in that I had retired. This was dealt with very efficiently, and even resulted in a reduction in quote, to which I am very happy. Every penny counts...... so glad I checked.

Chat line (Megan) was very helpful thank you. I am in my 60’s and not very computer literate so l do miss talking to a real human being live and knowing they are understanding what l really need. It took 3 times to get an answer to my request for policy details through the post, it would have been better to have seen this option when doing the original quote. There are people like me who want something tangible to file away especially when other people demand copies as proof. My family recently purchased a static caravan and neither of my children could provide the evidence required because everything is online and wasn’t acceptable. I was the only one who could provide the required documents because l get actual printed documents. However, Megan herself was very helpful and got the job done, thank you.
The customer service contact was decent enough, but had to do everything via an online chat.
Nothing can replace an actual phone call, the chats should be supplementary whereas with onecall it feels like the primary mode of contact. Really hard to speak to anyone on the phone to have a nuanced conversation and whoa betide any of our older less tech savvy family members that need to resolve issues.
After having a query regarding an insurance quote, OW2 only too happy to respond via live chat. She was very professional, quick to respond and allayed my worry, assuring me instantly. Consequently I took out insurance cover without hesitation. Very impressed with her knowledge and approach, would highly recommend dealing with this company.
The experience was ok. I was surprised that when I asked for a hard copy of my policy they said it’s not possible. When I listened to the information at the end it said if you want a hard copy you can request it!
Also I was surprised that you keep all credit card details including the three numbers on the back of the card. This seemed unusual to me.
Excellent service today. I phoned, used the call back option and was duly contacted in a reasonable time. I really appreciated being able to discuss options on the phone as I could only use a online chat last year which I found very unsatisfactory, so, for me, this is a huge improvement! Call quality wasn’t great but Oliver dealt with my query very efficiently and I was happy with the overall outcome. We will be going into the third year of insuring with One Call and they seem to offer competitive rates with good service when doing comparisons. Of course, we will never truly know how good or otherwise they prove to be unless we need to claim, but so far, I would recommend One Call.
Good service from the chat line operative to resolve an issue with entering a bank account number for a direct debit. The issue was resolved but there shouldn't have been any need to ask for help.
The payment portal should have been able to accept the accept the bank account number. This needs to be resolved.
Having seen a lower quote elsewhere I rang One Call to say that I wouldn't renew my policy. However, the courteous and knowledgabke lady went through my details and managed to give a far better quote prompting me to renew with them. Happy days!
I apologise but I have forgotten the reference the young lady gave me. It may have been M48. Her approach to customer service was first class. She was courteous, polite and explained everything very clearly and answered any questions I asked promptly. Any offers you were promoting were offered without any pressure or insistence. Called this morning to renew my building/contents insurance policy which was very competitive. The call was answered almost straight away by a polite helpful member of the team and completed my renewal within minutes. Cannot fault the service.

The chat function on the site works very well. The operator was knowledgeable and clear. However I was deeply disappointed that I could not add my son who took his test in the UK but now holds a EU licence to our car policy for 16 days.
Called regarding my recent insurance renewal. Having got through to CM2 I found the service to be very efficient. Professionally and politely dealt with and resulted in retrieving and purchasing a more competitive quote.
The chat format to contact One Call worked well. The agent on the chat line was simply first class. He made a difficult and somewhat complex situation straightforward and ultimately sorted my query with minimum fuss.

I was renewing my car insurance and I spoke to agent GM7. She was very helpful and as I was able to inform her that my annual mileage would be reduced from last year she obliged by reducing my premium. The original price was cheaper than I had found elsewhere so I was definitely satisfied with my renewal price.

Ben F was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. If I'm honest, only having access to an online chat and not bring able to speak to a human is very off putting for to consider renewing with one call long term, but I can't deny Ben was very helpful.
Easy to set up a new policy. Had a live chat with SL4 as i required a receipt. Was told it would be on my portal in 5 minutes. Checked a couple of times and cannot see a receipt . One day later and still no receipt. Why cant it be emailed to me?
Just taken out a new policy with One Call. Good reviews and fair prices. Disappointed that the standard car hire included was so basic.

The letter you sent me had
a phone number to call for queries. I called it and was given a message saying no longer available please log in to your portal. I’m 77 years old and to me a portal means a doorway! PLEASE let someone be at the end of a phone. As it happens I managed to convey to a chat person that all i want is a copy of my policy to read. I don’t have a printer. Happily one is being sent. When my insurance runs out if you don’t have a phone number I will be looking for a friendly broker. It may cost me more but you know what by that time ill be 78!! Nothing gets easier as you age.
I found the member of staff I spoke to, she said her reference was AL4, was lvery helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If only everyone I spoke to on the phone was as nice as her it would be a much happier world.
The only negative I have is with the music when on hold, it was a racket that just droned on and on.
Phoned to ask them not to auto renew as I could get the same level of cover cheaper elsewhere. They re_quoted to match the cheaper quote from another insurer. The lady I spoke to (LN 7) very helpful and polite.

Customer service agent NS9 called to go through my policy and to check if everything was OK. She offered me upgrades on various details which I declined but she wasn't at all pushy and said she understood why I didn't want to change anything. She explained everything clearly and was extremely friendly and told me things I could do on the portal which I didn't know.
As my car insurance is due for renewal with One Call on 10th April I rang today to ask how much extra it would cost to add my daughter to my new policy. I spoke to a very pleasant young lady who was very helpful and efficient. Her reference was SO6. I have therefore renewed my policy with One Call. Thank you.
Couldn't locate a contact number pn my policy home page but decided to engage on the chat option. I have to say it was surprisingly good. The Agent (Alisha) dealt with my query quickly and thoroughly. Providing me with the answers in a quick response time.
After I looked around the website for how to renew my policy I decide on a new quote and found many other companies cheaper than what I was quoted, I rang One call up and spoken to Vincent H 1 who kindly checked again and quoted an even lower quote, all I have to do now is pay for it, the only downside to this quote I was left waiting for over 30mins which to me was a expensive phone call. I know people are working from home but does it take so long, ?
Natasha K was really helpful. The only concern I have is I want to make an amendment to my policy and Natasha sent me a link stating I would get a discount doing it through the portal but your portal states it cannot update policies so I don't get a discount? Very confusing.
Cv1 was helpful in providing a competitive house insurance quote & helping to spread the payment into monthly instalments.
When reading all the standard patter relating to the bank details I had to ask him to slow down, which he did. I am sure that saying the same things over & over again must get boring, but it is important to be clear in what is said.

The call back facility is very customer friendly and heavily swayed me to renew my House Insurance despite having been able to find a cheaper quote elsewhere.

I've insured my car for the 2nd year now due to being happy, however there is a major downside which will make me reconsider renewing next year and that is you can't physically speak to an agent, its all via Internet and you're queued and it takes a long time... Not everyone can access Internet all the time, so unless a telephone number is added, I won't renew next year.
I spoke with MIllie Ref MB3, who was very helpful and polite. Set up the policy online for the first time. Went very smoothly, apart from an error on the registration date of the car, via Money Supermarket. Breakdown cover not quite what I expected as not AA or RAC etc but contact to nearest garage, so we will see how that goes.
I was contacted by One Call member of staff "TW9" to check that I was happy with the insurance cover that I recently purchased. She run through the policy details and made me aware of optional extras that were available should I require them. Very pleased with her assistance.
I am happy with the policy and the price but the follow up/courtesy phone call was really aimed at trying to sell me ‘add ons’ which if I had wanted them I would have selected them whilst configuring the policy in the first place. One of the add ons offered, key cover, was already included in the policy! - can’t blame you for trying.

I really like One call and have been with them for years. However, the breakdown service it seems can only be requested on line. Not good when signal is poor. There should be a telephone number. Imagine someone who is not familiar with the Internet etc trying to arrange recovery. It would be a nightmare. Having said that, after I logged the problem via the portal, breakdown recovery was good.
I was involved in an accident that was not my fault in November 2021. I'm 71 and this shook me . Every person I dealt with at One Call was kind and very helpful and kept me informed and updated on a regular basis. I cannot thank them enough for taking all the upset away from my shoulders.

It was all satisfactory, but it took a very long time. Initially I had to spend much longer than I should've done to get a telephone number as I wanted to speak to someone, rather than do a Live Chat. Great once I got to talk with someone but two calls resulted in 4 minutes of messages to listen to, 2 seconds of muzack then nothing. despite waiting for several minutes. Quite irritating, but found the on line chat much more effective
I wanted to add driver who has just passed their test. Online chat advisor suggested it's cheaper to do it via the portal rather than with her so she saved me some money on the admin fee. Very happy with price - for 5 months it's the same as 7 days temporary insurance with another provider!
I don’t understand why I had to online chat with an operator when the amendments could have been done online through the personal portal. It would of saved a lot of time and effort. All I can conclude that it was an exercise in trying to get me to spend additional money through add ons and extras!!? The operator was helpful but felt like running through a pre prepared script. Today I renewed my car insurance the lady that helped me was Anistasia AD9. I'm a 69 year old senior citizen and not very savi with computers and technology. I had a letter from One Call that was misleading and I didn't quite understand it. Anistasia explained everything to me and was very patient, polite and understanding. I came off my phone understanding it more and happy that my car renewal is now in place with One Call Insurance.

After receiving my renewal letter I got a cheaper quote on line, contacted One Call Insurance and the operator HW5 went through my policy and managed to beat the online quote. So pleased with the way it was handled.
I called to renew my insurance, was told that the system was down but they could call me back. I was guided through the portal efficiently so I could make my payment online. Advisor turned a problem into a solution!
One call were very sympathetic to my circumstances and gave me an option I wasn't sure I had. That option meant I could pay an amount there and then and the rest later that month. Lovely advisors, who were compassionate and honest and I will be using this company again ☺️
When I received my policy document it did not show clearly have many years No claims benefit I had, just yes. This is important as at can have a bearing of your insurance history and the price you pay. Then to my horror I found that thre is no call centre number to speak to a human being to resove a problem, only a "Chat Bot" who could not understand my inquiry and transfered me to a call handler. Unfortunately this was still a text chat which took twice as long. I suddenly thought what horror would be involved if I ever had to make a claim. This is not progress or money saving, but a way to provide poor customer service and loose customers when the policy comes up for renewal.
I had amazing help this morning from 2 ladies Charlotte Munro and another lady who processed my insurance renewal today 11.4.22 who was truly wonderful at helping me, I hope you can find out her name and reward her very helpful service

Vincent VH1 was superb after my previous encounter listening to a very long winded recorded voice the first time ( to a different operator) I got through to, only to find that after 24 minutes I got cut off. I was dreading a possible repeat.
However Vincent was very calming and after I had told him of my first attempt re-assured me that if any thing went wrong he would call me strait back. Some how I did get cut off & he immediately called be back. He dealt with my call very efficiently, calmly & without any more problems.

Josh was very helpful, he answered all my questions. It was just soooo long winded. What took over 40 minutes could have been resolved in a 5 minute phone call, but we didn't have the option of this as the phone lines were closed, & it seems to be a permanent thing. I feel very sorry for slow typer using this system. Time wise it was very slow to get a few questions answered.
Initial queuing delay and further delays during online 'chat' exchanges were frustrating. I did like it that my query was answered and that I could then request an email record of the chat too. If it was less delayed it would have received 5 stars.

As that was the case, I logged on & paid. 2 hours later got a very confusing call, saying they could not take payment (Despite it showing as OK on card account) - could make no sense of the call, so logged on, tried to contact - rang given number, held & held, to find it was 'car only'!! Started a chat, kept asking me what I'd already given, then implied I'd made a mistake, finally said all was OK - 45 minutes I'm never getting back. Really basic stuff they're missing.......

40 minutes to confirm a few details for renewal using LIVE CHAT that would have taken 5 minutes by phone. The agent was clearly dealing with more than one call as they often lost the thread of the conversation or repeated questions.

I had received a cheaper quote elsewhere and had contacted One Call to cancel my Auto renew policy. Ryan G persuaded me to let him give me a re quote to see if there was anything he could do. I used the online chat facility and was helped by Samantha L. I had noticed that my monthly direct debit had been paid twice, it was dealt with efficiently and one payment is going to be refunded. Excellent service and outcome.
Service was fine once connected to "Live chat", but took forever to be connected and no possibility to call by phone. Do not like this drift that many companies are using.

I have been with One Call for my motor insurance since 2018 and although have never needed to make a claim, whenever I have had a query with my policy it has always been handled in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. I had reason to call a week ago regarding my renewal and my issue was dealt with by an agent tagged as CS1 who helped me with my query. I have not been able to review this matter due to the fact that the portal has been down until today in order to check the changes to my policy. I have not used One Call in the past for my home insurance but will certainly do so when it's due for renewal towards the end of the year.

Only been a customer for a week or so but so far so good. Had a telephone call from Harley - HW2 today and was we courteous, helpful and professional.
I've not ticked 'good quality' purely because I've not had much experience of One Call yet, but early signs are good.
I spent 40 minutes on the hub no use then 15 minutes on live chat to be told you couldn’t change my insurance and given a phone number then 15 minutes on the phone only to be cut off I think I’ll go on go compare

Got a great quote from Onecall (significantly lower than my renewal quote from another insurer) and took their home insurance. Found it easy to log in and download my policy documents, then had a great follow up call from them checking that I was happy with the policy and understood everything that was covered. Advisor CM2 dealt with my query and was very efficient. Very helpful and friendly. Would most definitely recommend one call insurance to anyone thinking of changing their insurance provider.
The service i have received has been mixed.
They did not tell me until I asked that if I added my residance status my premium will be cheaper and when I added it ,my premium went down a lot.
The other thing is they forced me to pay a higher amount in a lump sum when I changed my address.
One call should definitely reconsider doing this to people and suggest a new premium on the renewal only if need be.
Other than that the systems run thems self by emails and notification and don't hear from them.

Very efficient service & Live Chat operative answered all of my questions. Only criticism was having to wait 10 minutes for connection.
The advisor DD4 was friendly and professional and sorted out my needs exactly, my only bones is no telephone number to call, I am guessing that is due to covid but your chat system is long and laggy between messages. Really frustrating to spend near 2 hours on chat. The other thing is on your final message I had to listen to, it could have indicated to end the call. I am still awaiting on the link or something to sign my contract, been in the portal three times n cannot find anything, guess another visit to your chat is going to be needed.
Undoubtedly an insurer. However upon selling the car I had insured with them, found that they didn't pro-rate a policy like basically every other insurer I've ever used, and then "forgot" to cancel the direct debit. Took the opportunity to push quite aggressively to opt in for marketing, despite having no live account. As noted direct to them "insurance is a necessary evil that no-one wants any more contact than is absolutely needed about, far less from a company that has overcharged and continued to charge on a closed account"

I had to adjust my details before renewal. Same vehicle but job situation and claims (on a different vehicle) had to be added. Got a cheaper quote than my original 👍.

TF3 was extremely helpful and provided a great service. My only tip would be for him to slow down his speech a bit because I found it hard to catch every word and had to ask him to repeat himself a few times. Call handlers need to be mindful that customers are not as familiar with insurance terms and conditions as they are and will need time to digest and compute information. I sincerely hope that the pace of his delivery was not due to corporate pressure to get through calls as quickly as possible! Otherwise this was a very courteous and efficient service.

The process of changing vehicles was far to long. 1 1/2 hours, this was on live chat as we couldn't find a phone number anywhere. On the phone this process takes 10 -15 minutes. Not happy about this. But we got what we needed done.
If you don't mind the rather long winded chat approach to a conventional phone conversation, this has otherwise worked out well for me. I love the easy access to documentation and able to print off copies.

I would have preferred to discuss matters over the phone as I know my speed is slow, but was persuaded to do it on line. It would have been far quicker over the phone, I had to wait 10 min for one reply, hence the 4 star rating
As they go a good company good selling point is the portal listing all the information of cover you have however when it comes to renewals the same old thing chase up other companies then phone One Call back up and the price is reduced just a waste of time for all involved. Please just look after your clients and give them a fair price.
I contacted one call insurance as my home and contents insurance is due to renew in January. I spoke to K01 who was extremely helpful and managed to agree with me a price, I was prepared to pay. to renew with my current insurer. It definitely pays to call when you have price checked what's on offer.
At last Megan M sorted out my query Today .My experience of chat on the previous Friday was not good. I had a complicated situation and my arthritic fingers are not good on key boards. So took ages and I was still not happy. The phone numbers sent on confirmatory email are all closed so why are you still putting them on your documentation if you don’t want to actually speak to your customers ? My query was answered promptly and due to pleasant customer service decided to renew my policy for a further year.
Web chat with Dani W and Paige R, both were very patient and helpful, as I'm not very good with technology, but it was frustrating that for some reason I couldn't look at my policies, I'd logged in after activating, yet it kept saying I had no live policies? Sorted now, I've now uploaded my pdf proof of NCB as I can now access my account.
