Louise was fantastic from start to finish she found us a mortgage at 10% In the middle of the pandemic when they were all being removed then found another great 15% mortgage last minute when we had another house after our last one flopped she is personal kind and treats you like a human being. Her communication is flawless and she is there to help you no matter what time of day, gave us excellent advice and showed us the best deals. We also took our life insurance which is fab with benefits such as lower price gym membership Amazon prime etc would’ve been totally lost without her we call her our real life superhero I have recommended it to all my friends :)

Where do I start!? Louise visited our home to talk us through Vitality health cover to see if she could offer us a better deal than we currently had with another provider. We are now paying £5 extra a month to cover our daughter (who wasnt covered before, as well as me and my husband) alongside receiving a much better package and rewards for staying fit and healthy! Louise is a knowledgable, passionate and approachable professional, who made us all feel at ease. She was even singing Frozen songs with my little girl at one point; so she got her vote too! Would definitely recommend Louise and Switch Lifestyles!

Louise was great from start to finish and beyond! She has always answered all my questions in a very timely manner. And is always there to make sure we get the maximum out of our policy and benefits. Not only was the quote cheaper by £20 to our original policy with L&G, it also covered us for more and not to mention the additional benefits of rewards for being active.
