As a first time buyer I had no idea where to start I was overwhelmed and ready to return to renting as the whole mortgage process seemed impossible. Vicky worked out what property prices we should be looking at and helped us through the whole process. Vicky kept me up to date throughout so I knew what was happening and I didn’t once have to chase her. Vicky is amazing at what she does and would absolutely recommend her to anyone going through the mortgage process.

I found Vicky details via FB and I am very glad I did. Vicky as a mortgage advisor gave me very thorough explanation hows mortgage works and very profession in manner. She was available anytime I needed and gave me advice and clear instructions to process my mortgage application which made it smooth and less hassle. My circumstance was I am British citizen and my husband was on spouse visa which made it complicate to get good mortgage deal from bank. But since I chose Vicky I was able to get better mortgage deal than I excepted. I would highly recommend Vicky as she is highly knowledgeable and expert in this field. Thank you for everything.

On our first consultation, she explained everything to us and let us go away to consider what we wanted to do. We never felt any pressure with Vicky.
