Just new to Direct Line with my car insurance and had to claim for an accident. The staff were so nice and friendly, talked my through the hole process, arranged car hire and car repair. I was kept informed every step of the way. I don't think you could a more organized and professional company.

After having an issue with incorrect details on the askMID web site and having various correspondence with Direct Line I finally got through to someone called Stacey who was absolutely fantastic and went that extra mile to resolve a worrying issue for me.Many thanks Stacey ,Direct Line give this valued member of staff a promotion.
