Live chat was down when I wanted to inquire about renewal, and when I then called I was on hold for over half an hour and their online assistant was just sending me around in circles. When they eventually answered it took around 5 minutes to complete the call. As an insurer I cant comment on their services, but I can say that their customer service response times are laughable to me.

I've found esure to be helpful on the phone, but would say you can cover most enquiries by having a proper look through your account on their website. Overall, the experience has been reasonable so far. A little expensive to add other drivers to your insurance for the day.

Got a fair price for a 55 year old and only a £10 increase from last year. I've not had any claims on any car insurance for over 20 years.
