I would highly recommend this firm as a mortgage broker. From our initial call Graham, through the rest of the service with Scott, we were treated to a first class experience. The communication was superb, and they worked within our requirements to find a great mortgage which was approved in super quick time, allowing us to get into our new home before Christmas. Scott Thomson is the man - from your AIP to mortgage getting accepted! Thomson Ferrie have access to lots of lenders ranging from high street banks to independent firms in order to suit your personal circumstances. Mortgages can be daunting but these guys make it so easy. I cannot recommend Thomson Ferrie enough!! Oh and by the way, you don’t pay a single penny for introduction to the lender. I had quotes from some advisors in the excess of almost a £1000.
