A huge thank you to Nick at “forest of dean mortgages” I was talking to nick about remortgaging one of my buy to let as the interest was almost 5% more compared to another. Nick, reviewed some policy details and suggested that instead of moving the mortgage to another provider, call them firstly and with specific details to see if this can be reduced. On doing this and armed with nicks advice, I called the mortgage provider taking about 10 minutes, we shortly received a letter requiring signature to review the interest from 6.99% to 1.85 I would like to thank you Nick for your help and advice and not just selling a mortgage that may have taken weeks to sort but providing good honest advice.
