Couldn't ask for anything more. Always happy to help, in depth knowledge as well as honesty. But most importantly brilliant communication, the moment they know something so do you. If you are unsure about anything you have it explained in a way which is understandable and clear and leaves you with peace of mind. But what most impressed me was Faisal ability to see a shift or change in the market and how that would impact our application for a mortgage. I would 100% recommend Sterling and Law and the team there. Lawrence and Vicky were great at keeping me updated throughout the process, which turned out to be much quicker than expected! After finding my perfect first home on a Tuesday and negotiating/agreeing an offer on the Thursday, Lawrence and the team had put my mortgage application in that Friday and I had a mortgage agreed the following Thursday!
