Sam helped me and my partner purchase our first home and was great help from start to finish - As we had never done this before, we had lots of queries and required a lot of guidance and Sam ensured no questions were left unanswered - Always providing an honest opinion and most importantly, had the access to provide us with the best mortgage rates on the market! The application process was made extremely easy and the turn around from submitting our application to receiving a mortgage offer was done in a matter of days. As we both work full time, Sam was available after normal work hours and was only ever a WhatsApp message/phone call away (which were always answered instantly). What can I say about Sam….well he was an absolute SUPERSTAR! Sam helped me with my first house purchase, coming into this I had no idea what was needed or had to be done. He got me a great mortgage and insurance deal! Sam walked and helped me through every step, no matter how stupid I thought a question was. He is very knowledgable and very good at what he does. Sam was always at the end of the phone for anything I needed or wanted to ask and updated me at every stage through the whole process. He really took the time to explain everything and always made you feel like a priority, no matter how busy I knew he was. Myself and my partner used Sam for our first mortgage. We cannot put into words how amazing Sam was!! Sam was amazing during the purchase of our home. As first time buyers, we were so grateful for his guidance and for answering our hundreds of questions. He was patient with us and really helped push our solicitors for the answers we needed during (in particular) the final stages of our purchase. We have wild work schedules, and Sam was always flexible in communications with us, often working late to make sure we spoke on the phone (we even set up a WhatsApp chat so he could at least get one of us).
