Really happy with the service we received from our mortgage advisor Tom. As first time buyers we had lots of questions about the process which Tom was always happy to answer. Our mortgage application was submitted and accepted really quickly with the support of Tom and our friendly case manager Jo. They also supported us with finding a conveyancer which took a lot of stress off us. We’d really recommend Lincoln Moneyman’s services as they made us feel much more at ease with the process.

We chose Lincoln money man because a friend had recommended them. We had an opportunity to buy our house but without the typical, perfect first time buyers profile, we knew we would struggle obtaining a mortgage. I am working part time, my husband is self employed, we have 5 children and my credit history is far from pristine. Both Chris and Meghan were very honest with our options, helped us take the steps needed to improve our credit rating, worked tirelessly to get us the mortgage that we needed and always kept us updated with regular phone calls and emails. They really did make our dream of owning our own house a reality when they secured us a mortgage offer, which has now resulted in completion. As a first time buyer I knew very little of the mortgage application process, however Nathan, Laura and Anna were incredibly helpful every step of the way. I was told by a much larger mortgage broker that it would be impossible for me to get a mortgage for the amount I was after, however Nathan was confident in my case and shortly after I was successful in achieving a mortgage offer. Great, efficient service received! Nathan Moore handled our case and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Our mortgage certainly wasn’t going to be a straightforward one, but it didn’t phase Nathan one bit! Once our mortgage was ready to be submitted to the lender Laura Aves handled the application process, again very efficiently at all times. Incredibly efficient, friendly, helpful service from the entire team but particularly Jason and Laura. They took what could have been one of the most painful parts of the house buying process and made it into an absolute breeze. Impressive timelines given the state of the world, a Decision in Principle the same day, mortgage fully approved with the lender in just two weeks, with a great lender, great terms, and a higher value than we'd hoped for. Paperwork simple and easy, with staff who are genuinely tech literate, a sad rarity in the house buying sector but absolutely no issues here. Could not have hoped for a better service, would (and indeed will be) recommending to anyone else buying a house in the region. Even took the time to check up on us after the service, a really nice and much welcomed touch.

My case was pretty complicated as my husband is not a UK citizen and we have been living abroad for years so some of our paper trail was difficult to put together but Lincoln Money Man were very helpful and patient throughout the process and gave us advice when needed. They went through a lot of mortgage companies to find the right one for our personal circumstances, I really felt bad at times for causing them so much work. As mortgages and moving is inherently stressful, it was important to me that there was always good communication about what was going on behind the scenes and I heard from Lincoln Money Man several times per week with updates and so on which really helped me not worry too much and plan for things accordingly. I think the fee charged is really good value when I consider all the work they have done. Highly recommend.

A very professional service. Managed to secure a very good mortgage thanks to Malcolm and his team. Very helpful staff throughout. I felt like all pressure was taken off due to their expertise which allowed me to focus on other matters to do with the property purchase.
