We were really struggling to find a mortgage due to the slightly unusual property we had found. After being rejected at valuation by a High Street lender we sought the help of UK Moneyman. Tom, Kerry and the whole team stepped in to help when we needed it most. Tom did all of the legwork, knew where to look and found us a mortgage lender within hours. The new valuation came back without a problem and our mortgage offer arrived. Without his knowledge and expertise we might have just given up. The whole process was smooth, efficient and we were kept informed every step of the way. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you all so much.

Great help in getting a mortgage for us always easy to contact to clarify any queries we had, glad we used a broker as ther are a mine field of checks and hurdles to overcome but we received some great advise from Tom Bowes who always went the extra mile. Applications team where always on hand if we needed anything. The only thing I would improve is making the customer aware of life cover policy's ect and the costs from the start as we were took back a bit with the price of it.

Matt Collinson @ LiverpoolMoneyMan was a legend, he turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a breeze. I was denied by the bank I've used for years for a mortgage due to my self employment status, so we saw the house of our dreams slipping away (with a 8 months pregnant wife!).
