Assad at Articus helped us obtain a mortgage when we relocated from the USA to the UK this year (2021). We first reached out to Articus in November of 2020 and they answered all our initial questions regarding obtaining a mortgage when not being paid in GBP quickly and free of charge. Once we found our home Articus helped us throughout the mortgage process and even assisted in getting our solicitor's questions answered by the mortgage company when this seemed to take longer than necessary. Based on our experience I highly recommend Articus for assistance in obtaining a non-conventional mortgage.
