Working with Tracy was a joy, she is a true industry expert and her expertise was invaluable. Purchasing a house is a complex and strsssful task, but I can honestly say Tracy took away the stress, she had all the answers...to my many questions, and made the process incredibly smooth. She secured us a fantastic deal with a great rate, and went above and beyond to help. I couldn't recommend her services enough, and she is also super friendly and easy to talk too and was brilliant at explaining things, and as this was my first mortgage I was totally clueless:)

I have taken up a mortgage with City Mortgage Solutions. It was a horrible purchase, two times the purchase fell through due to sellers losing the chain etc, Lisa Lee, who has been our advisor helped us more than any solicitors or agents put together. Even when she could suggest putting a new application in and earn extra commission, she had our best interest in mind. She had the patience of a saint and was happy to explain everything to us to the best of her knowledge. When one of the properties got down valued, she negotiated a better price for us with the seller. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. Thank you so much!

My husband and I have known Martin since 2003 which is 18 years now. Martin is part of our success story because he knows us more than our banks/lenders 😆. For every mortgage we use Martin for, it always comes out successfully. Martin will make sure he gets us good deal, he will carry us through the process. We never feel alone with Martin Hunt because he makes sure every stone is left unturned. As he's prompting the solicitors, he will be feeding us back. He will communicate with the lender and feed back immediately. He will not leave you alone till you get the key of your property. As a first time buyer, as daunting as the buying process can be, I cannot thank Ayo enough for his outstanding efforts in getting us through the whole process from start to finish. Great service! In particular, I would like to praise all the work which Ozge Kalay has done for me throughout the process. At first I had to change my decision about which property to buy and even at a time when I had not made a formal offer for a purchase, Ozge still made the time to guide me for the mortgage application process well in advance. She patiently answered all my questions and prepared me about the formalities well ahead of the purchase process. This goes to show that she went above and beyond her responsibilities to help out a client. Once my decision about the property was made, she was very efficient with my application and guided me throughout very well, even going the extra mile to speak with me over weekends, when her work week was understandably very busy.
