I can thoroughly recommend Andrew Johnson as a mortgage broker. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to provide a great solution for our funding requirements. He obviously has a good relationship with our mortgage provider and was able to secure a revised mortgage offer quickly when we renegotiated the purchase price. Andrew was also able to respond very quickly when the bank failed to process our Certificate of Title in time for completion. Andrew intervened to get this sorted on completion day, which avoided the sale being delayed and a hefty interest payment being incurred. Many thanks for your help.

The first thing Andrew Johnson gave us was confidence, that we would be able find a mortgage to enable our unusual dream to be realised. We were combining two generations, with very different employment profiles, the eldest over 70. Once we found the rare property that ticked all our boxes, he used his strong relationship of trust with a lender to our advantage and we ended up with exactly what we needed to finance the whole venture. Just as Andrew was trusted by the lender, we felt we were trusted by him. He was willing to use his 'agency' on our behalf, because (we believe) he personally supported what we were trying to do. So we have a house!! This has been a journey and I can hand on heart say I don’t think we would have got here when we did without the perseverance of Andrew Johnson at Knight Frank. Andrew was the perfect professional at all times, but one with a humanity that so many others lack, you really felt he was doing his part of helping you on the tricky journey of moving house, and in our case within a very fluid situation. Andrews advice, knowledge, patience, professionalism, and guidance are second to none, but the fact that you know he is on your side, and focused on making sure you are getting the best deal, know all the detail, and that he really cares about that is a rare thing to find.
