I have used Lifepoint now for a few years and I have always found them extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They offer very sound advice. Having come to Lifepoint by way of the transfer of business from a previous health insurance broker who had closed down, I had the distance pleasure of dealing with Tony McConnell. Tony first dealt with the renewal and possible switch in insurers in double quick time only days before the renewal date was due, which involved much investigation into the extent of coverage of our existing policies and the comparison with other suggested insurers who may, and indeed were in one case, better suited to my needs with a more competitive premium. Where Tony really came into his own however, and what shows the cut of his jib more than anything else, was the time he spent only a few days after renewal when my starting a new job came with the discovery that an employers group policy was part of the benefit package, and Tony went over and above his job role in investigating and comparing the new current policy with the employers group policy, even though the outcome was likely to be the cancellation of the existing policy he had spent so much time broking only a week earlier. The delivery of such a service in the almost certain knowledge that there is nothing immediately in it for you is the epitome of professionalism, and as such Tony now has a dedicated client for life, certainly as far as the policies for the rest of the family are concerned, and for me should I ever need private insurance on my own account again in the future.

Hi to All First and foremost I'd like to say that my experience with Lifepoint Healthcare was out of this world. For quite a few years i have been trying to lower my monthly premium for private healthcare. Whatever i tried didn't work.. There were always technical stipulations that if i did get a cheaper policy with another company... there would be exclusions.. or that i would be prevented from claiming the first 2 years for anything that i had claimed the last 5 years with the last company. I turned to Lifepoint Healthcare ... and somehow they negotiated with my present provider a deal that landed me paying almost half of what i was paying. It was mindblowing.
