I dealt with Emily Williams who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had queries to do with a change of circumstance after buying a couple of products from London Belgravia. She dealt with my queries extremely efficiently, she phoned me back when she said she would, and did everything she possibly could resolve my query. It is rare to find someone who actually does what they say, carries through and phones you back and emails when they say they are going to. She is an absolute asset to London Belgravia and I look forward to dealing with her again in the future.
