I have used Private Finance many times and have been delighted with the service. I was recommended them through a friend. I could not get a mortgage from a high street mortgage advisor so when I was put in contact with Sean and found out I could get a mortgage I was over the moon. Sean is very professional, helpful and friendly, very easy to talk to and if there is something you don't understand then he explains thing's very clearly. He has sorted out let to buy, residential and buy to let mortgages out for me and helped me to remortgage. I will certainly use Private Finance again and highly recommend them.

Our broker Daniel Smith is incredibly professional and quick when responding. Despite being rejected initially by another lender, managed to sort out a mortgage with a very similar rate within hours, and at a very good rate. Got approved and our first house completed in no time thanks to him. Very satisfied with the level of service.

Good and Reliable As a first time buyer and self-employed person I didn’t really know how to approach subject of mortgages. I was recommended to use Sean at Private Finance Ltd. And now when I finally picked up keys to my own first flat I can say that Sean was brilliant. Very helpful and always on a phone or email when I need any advice. Tim successfully secured an expat mortgage for us which, currently (due to Covid & the resulting insecurities), is no easy feat. We were unable to travel to the UK due to the red status of the UAE, so had to buy our house remotely. Tim's help & guidance through the process was invaluable. We had to submit over 70 documents to secure our mortgage & without Tim's help, the paperwork would have been rather overwhelming. Furthermore, his expertise & contacts in the industry, ultimately resulted in us finding a mortgage and completing within weeks.
