From the start he took the time to explain everything to us and go through all the different options and what they meant both practically and long term. We didn't feel pressured at all, and and the application process was simple and easy.
The online portal makes it so much easier to keep track of what documents are required and make sure they're there.
Sam also helped give us advice for finding a home, as well as solicitors, surveyors etc.
Not only was Sam helpful and friendly, but also very responsive which I really appreciated. Even when he had no news he would let us know that things were ticking along, and when there was news he would call us straight away!
