Very responsive and helpful during the COVID-19 lockdown! Martyn went out of his way to help us get some self-build insurance in place for our building project and he came up with the cheapest price. Most companies couldn't get anywhere near his price. It was also no trouble to amend the name on the policy the next day as I have forgotten to put the insurance in my wife's name too. Can't remember how many years we have had our insurance (equipment and public liability) via Titan but it's been a lot of years. They understand our business, are efficient and the premiums they achieve are very competitive, I believe. I have also used them for Directors Liability insurance and they saved several hundreds of £ off the previous premium - what's not to like !! Personal service which I particularly appreciate.
