So I got a call from Caspian Insurance today after applying online after seeing an advert by polly.co.uk. At first I spoke to Ben who was really polite & friendly he then passed me on to his colleague who could be of more help. Ish was really friendly, polite & he gave me great information I felt really comfortable talking to him & he put my mind at ease. I am now set up with a policy & so is my husband I feel like a weight has been lifted now that I know my husband & children will be okay financially if something was to happen to me (touch wood) & the same if something happened to my husband (touch wood again🤞). My policy also covers me for health problems which is great as I suffer from a bad back it's good to know that if I go into hospital I'll get a payout from my policy. I woke up and decided today was the day to get my life insurance sorted. Came across an ad on a social media site, filled in a few details and shortly after I received a phone call from Caspian, spoke to a guy named Ben who took some more details from me and then forwarded me on to his colleague. Sorting my life insurance has been one of those things which although I knew I needed to do, was not something I could ever find the time to do. Thankfully Jason at Caspian Insurance has very helpful and talked me through the options and settled upon the best policies to meet my needs. Consequently, I now have approximately 1.5x the cover I did previously, at only a very small price increase, which I feel to be very worthwhile. I knew that I needed to get Life Insurance as my Parents asked me if I had any, but truthfully I had absolutely no idea who to go with and actually found it all quite confusing. Spoke to Nathan Smith this morning (which lead into afternoon!) friendly and patient throughout. Having worked in call centres I know how easy it is to become robotic an disconnect from the person on the end of the line. Nathan’s enthusiasm makes him a great advisor. Besides the important questions we had a lovely chat and I came away from the conversation with exceptional cover for me and my daughter but also feeling secure knowing if anything happens to me she will be well looked after. The service was absolutely excellent and every aspect of the questions where assured and confirmed to make sure there was no faults or assumtions.
