I could not recommend Nick from Jigsaw financial enough. I knew Nick from when he served in the Military - he was down to earth and couldn't do enough for you back then, these are traits he has continued to display within his financial career. Being our first buy to let and re-mortgage, we were a bit unsure of where to begin. Nick soon gave us the reassurance, having it all under control and taking any stress or worry out of our hands, whilst also finding us the best deals in relation to both the re-mortgage and BTL mortgage. He was frequently in contact with us, keeping us updated at every stage. Nick literally acted as the middle man between estate agent and ourselves, this is something I have never experienced before with any other mortgage advisor and is definitely not always within their remit. I’m 28 years old, I have moved house a lot and I was unsure after starting a new job if I could get a mortgage. My dream home came up and I was recommended Nick at Jigsaw from 3 family members who had also used him (2 sisters and an Auntie) It’s vital to trust and feel comfortable with your mortgage advisor as they take all of your personal details and also carry out one of the biggest decisions of your life on your behalf. After me being so unsure and worried about the mortgage Nick didn’t relay any uncertainties and was also persistent and confident in his choices. It wasn’t the most straight forward house sale due to the seller being quite difficult but Nick proceeded to battle on and I pretty much left him to it!! Now that’s confidence and reliability.
