I have been using Uinsure for a few years now and I am extremely happy with their service and transparency. Unlike other insurance companies my quotes have been fair and honest, no large price hike after a year or two. I have already recommended them to my mother and would happily recommend them to other friends and family.

Hi every one my name is Nancy, I have been with unsure insurance for years and I will not change.when we moved to a smaller property unsure were magnificent, I gave them a amount that I could comfortably afford, and wow did they come up trumps,they found me one £3 less,they listened to what I was saying and did not waffle on oh you would be better off with this and that.uinsure are absolutely brilliant. I would recommend you talk to these people ,you will be very surprised what they come up with.

Spoke to a very very helpful, efficient, polite, friendly and knowledgeable member of your Team, a Mr Mark Thomas. He is a credit to yourselves, all issues explained, From what I was able to claim against, options regarding product replacement choice, an how was the best course to settle the claim. My broker passed my details to uinsure to provide a quote. Got a call within the hour and spoke to their team who were cracking and explained everything to me really clearly. As a first time buyer this was my first time purchasing home insurance and I was unsure about some parts of the cover and if I even needed it. The man I spoke to explained it all to me so I could decide the amount of cover I needed. They also helped make the price affordable for me and I now have really good cover at a great price! Great, friendly service. Easy to talk to and understand. Plenty of options as to what you want covered and what you don't want. Great customer service. They actually call you when they say they will unlike many companies. Obviously I have not needed to make a claim, so cannot comment on the service when making one, but if it is attentive as my experience so far, then it should be good. All in all cannot fault the service and would be happy to recommend them.

Thank you Uinsure, our contents are now, at last, insured. Out last insurer rates had doubled due to inheritance items including coins and jewellery. I received a call from Uinsure and after explaining our items which we had that needed insuring blah blah ......anyway after the most fantastic conversation I've had in days, I felt as if I knew the gentleman from Uinsure. Such a friendly, helpful and very very patient person. He was lovely, made me feel at ease and assured me that everything was covered etc, I was sorry to get off the phone! I cant fault them at all in any way. I would fully recommend Uinsure to everyone, our insurance turned out cheaper than before and, even if I am a grandma, I know our lovely items are fully insured and we can rest happy. I recieved a phone call from this insurance broker and normaly i would not bother to go through the details however on this occasion I did and very glad for doing so my premiium for the same cover and a little more cover for certain items plus a garage is £10 less than my previous home and contents cover plus my outbuildings I must state though that I have 11 years where I did not need to make a claim so perhaps that had spmething to do with the low price paid monthly I would reccomend anyone who gets a phone call to try this broker.
