I've had my home/contents insurance with Coversure Insurance for around 6 years now and I've been so impressed with the service from them that it became logical to change my business insurance cover over to them also. I worked in a specialised sector so I was over the moon to find out that they could provide the specialist cover I needed at a very competitive rate. They've enhanced the level of cover and I have total peace of mind knowing that I can pop and see them in Gosforth or pick up the phone to them if I need to ask anything or get advice (rather than calling a faceless call-centre!). Coversure organised my insurance completely hassle free and at a great price, but that’s not why I’m writing. Cheap deals can be picked up all over the place, but usually at the expense of good customer service when things goes wrong. When gale force winds left my enormous fence hanging by a thread, I rang in a panic to check if it was covered, and also my liability regards it damaging people’s cars as it was about to blow down the street. It was a god send that I could ring a local rate number, get straight through, have a brief conversation and have you get back with all the answers within the hour. I have never experienced this efficiency with any previous brokers. In the time saved on the phone alone I was able to secure the fence with rope and contact several fence contractors regards repair. You made a very stressful day a whole lot easier. Thanks again.
