I have just completed on my first house and Perry was absolutely amazing, the process started around a year ago and he has guided me through every step of the way, great communication and helped immensely with understanding what was needed, any questions were answered straight away and nothing was a trouble for him. We couldn't get our dream house without Perry's service. We were trying to complete the purchase before the stamp duty holiday deadline. Having been waited for a decision from a lender over 3 weeks without a clear outcome, we decided to pursue Perry's service. It was the best decision we made. After collecting our information, Perry advised us that the application should be able to go through with another lender. He helped us submitted the application over the weekend and we got the approval in the coming week! It was crucial to help us meet the deadline and save £11k on the Stamp duty.
