K. K.Been with this insurance company for a few years now and they are just brilliant. No stress, no hassle, very helpful lovely ladies at the local office. The ladies are always pleasant and they dont complicate things and explain everything clearly and have never had a problem with my insurance and fully confident in their services. I would of left after the first year at renewal but they kept reducing the price every renewal as i would expect to be honest so i stayed with them.

S.Very friendly staff and helpful in explaining things when not sure about something. I would recommend anyone to take out car/taxi insurance policy's with them. I know I can trust westminster insurance unlike some of the other dodgy companies out there who rip you off. Also don't go for the cheapest quote on compare sites as it might be cheaper but not always ok so check them out if they are not a big company or at least read reviews. I hope we can renew with them again and again for our taxi but I suppose it does come down to the cost and so far it's our 2nd year with them and very happy, no problems.
